Great customer service employees working here. T-mobile is the best in my area. T-mobile in my service area is the only company who has 5G here. Their coverage is great. Never have any problems.

Went to the Athens, TN store today to upgrade my iPhone. My receipt says Mo P was my sales person. She was fantastic, talked about buying the phone outright or not, she helped me with my decision. Beyond the great customer service, we had a great conversion waiting for my new phone to do its stuff. I would highly recommend Mo P at the Athens store.
