The guys here are great! They went above and beyond to help me get my SxS purchased and home. I would highly recommend them!

The brake caliper on my CF Moto came loose and lodged between the axle and left rear wheel cracking the aluminum wheel and keeping the wheel from moving. When I picked the vehicle up and paid I did not review the invoice until I got home and found that I had not been charged for the new caliper that I assumed had been damaged. I immediately called James the service manager to inform him that he failed to charge me for the caliper. He told me that my caliper could have been reused but in moving the vehicle they damaged it. With them covering the cost of the new caliper they lost money on the job. Vance Goad is a man of honesty and integrity and I am proud to do business with him.

Great service and staff. Got service done quickly on Commander. Ended up buying an Outlander as well. Sales service and parts were all great. Definitely my go-to place.

This is my second time at this shop. Both times they were super nice and taken me in with smile on their face. They are honest people and do great work. If I could rate this shop 10 stars I would, because they deserve it!

Drove 10 hours to ride the trails, and my machine broke down 5 Minutes into the ride. These guys took care of me, fixed my machine same day and got me riding before the weekend. Great place

Was in a super tight spot. 4 hours from home, new CV Axle in my Teryx and the snap ring broke that holds it in the diff. They had one on hand, put it on the axle for me and I’m headed back up the mountain within 2 mins of walking in. The BEST people and nicest most knowledgeable shop I’ve ever walked into. If they had a 10 star review they would get it. Highly recommend!!!

They mave the variety most small shops do not. I wasn't making a purchase my brother in law did . After seeing the care they put into his purchase of a side x side I will be returning to make my utv purchase asap. Also they will customize your choice of utv upon request no problem. So get the utv you want the way you want it

Very helpful staff! These people are awesome. While it's a layed back environment, these people genuinely understand how much you want to get you machine rolling again whether it's a simple service or you've broke down. Their mechanic even shared some tips on a project I was having issues with (apparently that is basically unheard of these days - so good job guys). Also, they have a good selection of can am parts in stock. An it doesn't hurt that their in the heart of some of the best SxS riding in the world. So stop by and give these guys a visit. I drove up from Knoxville for a set of brakes and was truly impressed. See you next time 👍

Amazing service! They were super friendly and helped get our jet ski ready for summer in one day!(right at the start of Memorial Day weekend!) We will be returning again and again.

Jacinda made magic happen! We're out of state and couldn't find the exact golf cart we wanted without having to special order and miss the entire summer waiting. After talking with Jacinda, she got us our dream cart, and it was delivered in pristine condition within a couple days. I purchased a used 2014 Seadoo from Goad Motorsports in April of 2018 and I was very pleased with the experience. I found the ski on the dealer's website and the price was reasonable. After talking to the guys at the dealership on the phone - they were honest and professional about what they knew about the ski - I made the decision to make the 3-hour drive (from Nashville) to check it out. When I arrived you could immediately tell that the dealership cared about the customer - they took me out to look at the ski and asked the mechanic to join us to answer any questions I had (I like to dig into details). He was very knowledgeable - and I can tell because I have a history with Seadoos. We've ridden the ski for the past 2 months and have not had a single issue. The transaction was fast and painless. Highly recommended.

We had a billing issue with Royal Blue Adventures and Jacinda helped make it right. If your in the market to buy/rent I highly recommend as they will absolutely make it right

Great job finding and fixing the electrical problem I had with my Honda Foreman (ATV).. quick service and great pricing. Tim is easy to work with. I highly recommend these folks.

Stop in today well on vacation here from Indiana. we got a brand new x3 from another dealer and we thought it had a problem right from the start they were super friendly and helpful took a good look at it and talked with us every thing seemed to be ok they were Awesome highly recommend them for any of service needs.

Vance Goad is hands down the best dealer I have ever went to. Im putting in car dealers in as well. He will put everything on paper for you no hidden fees or scams to rope you in. He will do everything in his power to do what is best for you and your needs! I cannot recommend him enough. Its about a 6 hour round trip from me to visit him and even if its just for an oil change his service is worth the drive.

I live pretty far away from this shop but they were extremely helpful attempting to find the exact quad I was looking for. They didn't have it at thier location but I know if they get one soon I'll most definitely take the trip up there to purchase it.

Broke a Polaris ball joint on the trails. Called Goad and a very nice lady answered and looked up the part and let me know they had it in stock. Upon arrival we were greeted and the service guy immediately took my a-arm and fixed the ball joint. Very, very nice people.
I’m so tired of going into power sports stores and not getting acknowledged or being told they have to order a very common part.
This place isn’t even a Polaris dealer and they had a Polaris ball joint in stock. Wish I could say the same for my local Polaris dealership.
Highly recommended place for all things power sports.

Vance and Tim are really good guys to work with. Bought a used Ranger from Vance and had Pwc repairs twice and Tim was super helpful with that. Would highly recommend these guys. The technicians that I have talked to have all been super helpful, the lady in the office doing the deal paperwork (can't remember her name) was really nice and made it super easy, even the owner's Son that delivered Ranger was great and very polite. Looks like they have a great selection of new side by side and PWC'S. Go check them out! Right on the UTV trails too.
