Verizon

My husband and I came in to inquire about employee discounts through our companies on a Saturday evening and little did we know we would walk out with two brand new phones that we were unaware we qualified for. We were greeted by Adam Jones, a sales rep who immediately went to work to find out what we qualified for and what would fit our needs.

He was helpful, delightful, fun and easy to speak with, without being overly pushy was key. We kept the conversation fun as it was close to being the end of the day for the store. When we arrived, the store was not busy, but as soon as we got down to our immediate options and then a quick second to give the ok for the phone upgrade, out of nowhere, the store ballooned with more people. This is where Adam kept his focus on us while also giving the new customers walking in, the acknowledgement they deserved, but kept our needs always first. The other customers understood this as we saw them take up residence in the store's waiting area.

The store itself was clean, bright lighting, a fun music playlist that had a nice mix to listen to while waiting and the bathrooms were immaculate. Dare I say, the women's restroom was cleaner than the other businesses in the area. My husband also commented about the restroom cleanliness for his side as well.

We did take our time to read and ask questions and Adam had an answer every time. He also was supportive when I was hesitant to trade in my old phone on the spot. I've always been told to wait at least until the end of the 30 days just in case something goes awry, but, my husband and I let them go and it was nice to not to have to hang on to them.

Not knowing this was not a corporate Verizon store, but a Cellular Sales authorized retailer for Verizon was a little confusing at first, but after getting a face to face with clear explanation was a good experience, if not better than going to an actual corporate store.

The only comment to improve was the handling of some sensitive information that my husband gave out to the rep when opening his phone. I do wish that any unlocking codes would have been more private, only asking us the customer to enter them without it be audible, however, it was not as loud for others to hear and remember, but in the future, any sensitive information such as passing the device back and forth should be given back to the customer to unlock themselves.

As a former Secret Shopper for a variety of businesses, I would have marked this store as a win for customer service, cleanliness and friendliness with ease.

I went in the jacksboro store and Christopher done amazing he was very professional and polite and took care of my problem.

Riad was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very helpful with the sale and listened to my concerns. Just switched my personal lines over and will be adding 4 more business lines with him!

Very pleased with my experience with Verizon. Upgraded to a newer phone with no problems at all. Wonderful staff. Mr. Linwood Crowder took lots of time explaining details & switching data from old phones. Would give 10 stars if it were possible. Highly recommend Verizon services!

Devon was so helpful. He truly went out of his way to go over all of my options & help me find the plan that was best for me & my family. Both, for the options we use & need the most & financially, as well. I will definitely recommend everyone to do business with Devon at Verizon! Thanks again!

Robbie and Linwood were extremely helpful solving phone activation and transfer issue. I am very pleased with the service provided. This is the Verizon store to go to for excellent results!

My experience at the store was wonderful. My questions were answered, and I bought a new phone, case, and glass protector. The rep (manager for the day) was awesome, and so apologetic for it taking so long to transfer phones. He got me a great deal, and we were talking like old friends.

Chris at Cellular sales went beyond and above to help me get connected with my new phone.

I came into the store to upgrade my husbands phone last week and to get my mother n law a phone also. It was almost closing time and we had the best help ever! Eric Finley helped us so much and not worried about leaving or in a rush to get out of there, he said he would work with us as long as it takes. So today I went back again to see him to upgrade my phone also to the new I Phone 12 Pro Max . He was awesome to deal with and always glad to answer ever question you have. To deal with me that was a lot lol ! Thanks so much Eric Finley will be back to see you in the next upgrades .

I came into the Verizon store needing a new phone to replace my broken one and Linwood was very helpful in getting a new phone for me. I would recommend the store and him to anyone needing to do the same.

Great service, as I have been here numerous times. Phone issues solved within a few minutes. Todd was the person I found the most helpful. Others, such as the one who activated my phone, seemed quick to do what they did and got it done efficiently. I have compared this store to one in Clinton, TN, and they are much quicker here.

For anyone who does dealings with this store or Verizon in general, I HIGHLY recommend Greg Green for sales! He is an amazing sales person! I do not go through anyone else with my account! He tells me the best phones on the market and does his best to get them for me! I can call and he does his best to answer any and all questions I have and helps me find the best phone for me! If he doesn't know the answer he finds it and gets back to me as soon as he can! Hes very loyal and friendly!!

You couldn't ask for a better Customer service Representative than Greg. He has taken care of Me and my family for years now. He has always been great about educating me and answering any questions that I have. He's the Best. I would recommend him to anyone.

I came into the LaFollette Verizon store because someone stole my phone. Linwood did a good job helping me find a replacement phone at a good price and with good service. I would recommend that other people come into the store and ask for Linwood if he's there.

Great Store, their staff is the best !!! Very professional, and I was provided excellent customer service. I had no idea why my icons were all changed and could not find my apps, felt embarrassed about going into the store for an issue like that....but needed it fixed. Not only did the staff greet me with a smile, but quickly resolved my problem. They were so great about something so trivial....will definitely stick with this store

I was here yesterday and it ended up being the best part of my day. Excellent customer service. Anthony and Paul made the whole process so quick and easy and were both great people to be around. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had with Verizon.

Got a great deal on a Motorola. Linwood was very patient and helpful and put on a liquid coat for me. I would recommend that you come by the store if you need a phone or a tablet or good service, as well.

Kelli did an amazing job tansferring everything to my new Note 8. She was efficient, cheerful, and very competent. She even sold me a tablet with upgraded gigabytes and a case. I had no intention buying that when I walked in, but I'm walking out happy. That's the mark of a good salesperson!😀

While traveling and passing through Campbell County I dropped my 2 week old Samsung 20. An hour before store closing, I stopped in and talked with David about my situation. He assisted me with finishing my claim and making sure I got a replacement phone with next day delivery since I was traveling for business and being without a phone was not an option! The staff (David and Anthony) were very professional and accommodating. Cheers, guys! Thank you very much for helping.
