Order was quickly prepared, actually hot and accurate! Great service! This location has had many ups and downs through the years but is actually trying to maintain positive customer service even with large volume and staffing concerns.

Great employees and the food is always delicious, even if you have to wait a bit. The problem isn't the staff, the problem is people not wanting to work, so the ones that do are stretched thin....add in customers that freak out about ketchup, sauces, wait times, sodas etc...well there you go. It's fast food, it is not a necessity in life, if you are going to lose your mind over it, you better just stay home... possibly forever.

The workers at the McDonald’s were extra kind to me. They did a very nice job with the order got everything out to me very quickly and they have a great drive-through set up. The store was immaculately clean, too. Overall, I’d recommend!

Breakfast is always good here. McGriddles and coffee for the win. The upright order computer was easy to use.

Love this location. Friendly staff, great parking lot right off the highway

stopped here while traveling out of state. they have outdoor seating by the grass. which is nice because we had a dog with us and was able to let him wander on his cable by us while we ate.

Just have to say the woman working the drive thru tonight was incredibly helpful and polite. She had her hands full in the taking orders and cash and had a very friendly demeanor. That girl needs a raise! Would go back just because of her. She made me feel like more than an ordinary customer, compared to the incredibly impersonal service I get at other places. The speed at which I received my order was acceptable also.

You really have to watch they put the right thing in the bag. Or don't short your order.

Very busy store, but always a great place to stop on Interstate 90 near the Rock River/Lake Koshkonong. They have several outdoor picnic tables under shade trees and that's really nice.

2023 update:
Absolutely amazing food, have never had better fries and nuggets, glad you are finally changing the oil more often.

Most of the employees are amazing here, love how clean the lobby has been and how I watch these kids deal with hangry adults.

Great job keeping your cool with overgrown children that are getting in your face, crying about times and running into the kitchen. I think that alone deserves an award.

If you want to complain about wait times, eat at home or get a job there. Have you seen how much they are trying to hire people and how they don't have enough staff? These kids are quitting because of the abuse you adults throw at them!

My favorite reviews on here are the people that think they are too good for fast food but go anyway and have to be all upset about their experiences, check out the most recent review for a good laugh!

Ba da bom buum baaaa, I was loving it! I don't eat lunch here often, but I sure do like their breakfast. You can never go wrong with a Sausage McMuffin.

10-25-21. Okay this McDonald’s is right off I-90 thanks nice you get through a maze of three rotaries you’ll be pulling in. SIGN ON DOOR SAYS NO LOBBY SERVICE, but it is open for restrooms and we were able to use the kiosk to order. Folks there were friendly and the restrooms were clean.

I think this is great because the McNuggets are also good and it's so clean everywhere clean spaces zero racists

Almost always (9 1/2 out of 10 times) get perfectly fresh, correct, and timely orders. However the times that aren't correct have always been putting onions, I hate raw onions 🤮, on my burger when asking for it without, tainting the burger with its flavor. This actually just recently happened on my last visit. (psst, McD's, maybe make it up to me😉🙏) But I believe in rating at my overall experiences with this location and so 5 stars it is! Keep up the great work!

This McDonald's is great, now. Very clean and fast, polite service. Fast food industry is usually very tough on anyone that works there. Ask a friend. Chances are someone you know has worked fast food. So give these people a break if something doesn't go right.99.9% of the time it's not personal. Keep up the good work guys.

I grew up going to this McDonald's. It has always been consistently good. Rarely have I ever had an issue with my order. They usually stay on top of keeping this location updated. It can be pretty busy at times since it is right off the interstate. Two drive-thru lanes and open 24 hours. Great location!

The place was great! Food took a bit to get delivered but it was busy so it was understandable. The girl working front counter, I didnt catch her name, was a delight to talk to and, even though shes only been there 4 days, she was an amazing worker and always had a smile. I live in Illinois but I would gladly come back here if I come up here again!

Crispy fries with perfect saltiness is hard to find in all outlets. Everything else was as expected. Very busy outlet but they were able to service on time and were very accommodative.

Stopped here on a cross country trip. They were very busy but the line moved quickly. Food was good and employees were pleasant.
