I had a good time at Sephora. I had an appointment with Todd and he was just amazing. I love the makeup he did on me. He was so kind and gentle with my face. He was accommodating for my eyes and combo skin. He’s so lovely and I would highly recommend him if you need makeup done. Young, old, in between he does make up well on all ages. He will work with what you got and he’s not too heavy on the makeup, which is very good in case you want to build up. 20/10 good service would come back here again.

Kadija and Joy are the BEST!!! Kadija helped me do my makeup and find the absolute perfect shade match for my very very fair skin, i’m SO in love with the makeup done on me and all the workers are literally sooo nice and supportive. normally when i get foundations and concealers it’s either too yellow toned or too pink toned, but they helped find the perfect neutral foundations for me. Kadija taught me more about skincare and skin-prep before makeup and helped me build a whole routine that was good for my acne-prone, combo and sensitive skin. Joy and other workers were hyping me up the entire time while i was getting my makeup done and Joy taught me how to put blush on in a way i didn’t know how to. they also helped my mom with her skincare. the workers here are so kind they honestly completely made my week and my entire trip to Georgetown!!! i highly recommend this location because i haven’t been to such a nice Sephora location before. the store is huge and they’re stocked up on so much here. overall wonderful customer service, best i’ve experienced, especially at a sephora!! i wish i lived in this state so i could get my makeup done by them regularly, TRULYYY the best :)

That they no longer sell La Mer is a testament to how weird capitalism is in the DMV. But hey. Aparna taught me I don’t even need it. Always the best customer service of all their stores in the DMV, many visits and many new friends made just by asking earnest questions about skincare. Huge fan of this store.

I went into Sephora to treat myself. I do it once a year. I grabbed a basket and Denzel looked at my basket and said can I show you something I said sure. He showed me things that I was looking for with better value. He is an amazing asset to Sephora. I literally spent money. Kadesha was amazingly sweet. So helpful and caring. Truly the best customer service I have ever received. I was appreciative and I didn’t even care about how much I spent because the service was amazing.

That store is a gem, with its excellent location, customer service, and cleanliness.
Everyone is always helpful and greets you with a smile. I wish that two of the employees, Martha and Todd, would receive special recognition for their magnificent and exceptional customer service. I have been a customer since 2012, and I have never been disappointed. Thanks to them, I will always come back and happily recommend them to my friends and family.

I had my first make-up session. I loved the way my face turned out. The artist was very professional and made great choices in make-up brands and color. Nour is an amazing maje-up artist. Thank you. Oh by the way Nour it wasn't a photo shoot, it was a surprise party for me!

I love sephora, I bought a set of valentino's lipstick for my sister-in-law, and there is the closest branch where they had it... she loved it... I recommend, if you go to this branch, you know that parking is super difficult

Kirstan was absolutely amazing! I came in helpless and she guided me to the products I needed and helped me with application. I had a great experience. Would definitely recommend seeing her on your next visit. 😊

I walked in and I was immediately greeted by Xedi. I decided to do a 90 minute glam session with her to learn how to apply my own makeup. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and fun! The other staff members were equally kind. I had a great experience and will be back!

I got a 60-minute makeup session before a big event and the results were amazing! Xadi was my makeup artist and I highly recommend her. She nailed the perfect amount of makeup - not too heavy, just right.

1st visit at this location. It was busy, but they seemed to have a good number of staff on the floor to assist. Great customer service at this sephora.

I was quickly approached and asked if I needed any help which I did. The associate made sure to get someone who could help me in the makeup section. The person who assisted me sat me in the makeup chair & applied some product to my face to help me pick a tinted moisturizer & eye concealer. He grabbed the makeup products that looked best on me. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, & friendly.

Since I also needed help with skin care, he walked me over to another colleague who was also friendly, attentive, & knowledgeable.

Checkout was pretty fast as the line moved quickly. I'd return to this sephora. Great customer service & well stocked on product.

I wanted to take the time to recognize Todd at this location! I went in without a clue of what kind of perfume to get my fiancé for Christmas. Todd helped narrow down some choices for me and asked all the right questions! We spent about an hour together sampling different ones and he was patient throughout the entire process. She loved it come Christmas Day! Thanks again Todd!!

I got a full face (60 minute) service with Seanelle for a holiday party. Seanelle was very kind and helpful, and suggested products that would be good for my skin. I was so happy with my make-up/received a lot of compliments. She took all my preferences and my outfit into consideration. Thank you so much, Seanelle!

Was helped by Todd to find my perfect foundation match! He was so funny, polite & so patient with me! I've never been treated so well, I was certainly taken care of. Helped me find my winter match. Highly recommend this spot, all of the employees were very sweet.

Went here on a busy Friday afternoon to get my makeover for a wedding. I was greeted by several friendly associates at the door and again at the makeup counter. Serap did my makeup beautifully, so much so that my husband actually commented on how good it looked and the lashes she applied on me. I’ll definitely be back to this location!

Unreal experience at the Georgetown Sephora on 9/13/2020. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a woman named Renee (I think), she was so sweet and immediately helped me find what I was looking for. Then I had some questions about skincare, she sent me to the aisle where I was greeted by the manager, Jesse. He truly knows his stuff and suggested products that were so up my alley and listened to my concerns. I was so impressed with this Sephora crew. Every person I came in contact with, went above an beyond to help! Store was so clean and followed all CDC guidelines. Will be coming back to the store exclusively. Thank you Sephora crew-- you all made my day!
