Highcliffe Clothiers

Highcliffe Clothiers, which also has a presence in the Washington DC area, is a beautiful clothing store located in the heart of downtown Middleburg, Virginia. We stopped in on two occasions during our visit to the area to buy clothing and loved what we bought. When you walk into this establishment, it feels very much like a Ralph Lauren retail experience. We highly recommend it here!

I received my first shipment of new clothing from Mr. Metzger and his elegant, professional staff. Unless I face a dire emergency I will only buy my clothes from Highcliffe. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and provide superior customer service. Mr. Metzger has a winning formula. I will be a customer for life.

My wife and I went looking for a Barbour coat (for her). We met Mark (thoroughly nice gentlemen) who showed us his stock and his cozy little store. I have to say, shopping to me is about going in the store, finding what you want and leaving. Not here.

Mark is an engaging, personable and intelligent man who knows a ton about clothing, and he will help you find the right fit. I spent about 1 hour in his store and it was a truly pleasurable experience.

If you want an "old school" buying experience where the sales person takes an active interest in you, come here. This is not a high pressure experience. Refreshingly different. Check it out.
