A quick summery

you have knowledgeable polite employees they work diligently and keep the lines moving.

They are honest and provide both affordable and higher quality options when ordering and buying in store. I work for USPS and this is what's mostly important to me personally. I want to be able to go to a trusted individual to give me honest and accurate information. I get wipers when I need them, check my engine light and codes and a battery from time to time. I keep my work cars in good operating condition and when I need to random car part it's good to have a few places I can stop by on my way home from work.

Weakness- unfortunately its unreasonable to ask for more registers but if it was on the table, I would go with that first. Second to that, some helping hands to keep the people working the register and not having to go outside to help customers. Though its nitpicking at this point. My wait in line was 8 minutes at most.

Couldn't get any assistance because the employees were busy in the back chatting. I couldn't see them but they were close enough that I could hear the conversation. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Update....
I decided to go back after getting a response from the manager. They couldn't have been more helpful. Glad I gave them another try.

From what I have seen and heard Anthony is an awesome manager! Most of the staff has been super friendly and helpful. This store goes over and beyond. I will definitely be in more often. Also Drew is the cutest, sweetest, and best!

My experience has been nothing but pleasant at this particular store. Anthony has helped me out several times with a headlight bulb change which other stores said they could not do.. also when I purchased a battery today they were short staffed and he was still able to install my battery for me in less than 30 minutes.. ppl need to realize that we are going through a pandemic right now and patience should be your only option and maybe things will get done for you in your favor!!.. I'll definitely shop here again!!

Went because my head light was out and thought I needed to replace it the sales associate came out in the cold rain to change it. The screws would come out when he finally got to the light he discovered I had a short and fixed that so the light stayed on. Just great service

For someone who is completely ignorant in all things car, I was very pleased with my visit today. The gentlemen working explained things quickly but patiently. They were very friendly and efficient during the checkout and battery replacement, especially for 7:30 am. I did not feel pressured to buy additional items or parts.

They helped me fix my windshield wipers on a rainy day and were super cool about it!

Anthony was amazing. Initially, the search for my windshield wipers offered items that were not in stock. He went to my car, realized that there were options available and they were even on sale. He also informed me that my type of wipers could be found at a better price than what comes up during a search. He was great!

I just wanted to say that the general manager of this store (#4720) Tommy Moss is absolutely amazing. I am clueless when it comes to cars and he was so willing to help me. He goes above and beyond. Thanks for such wonderful customer service

This is my usual location to visit when I need something and they are always very helpful. If fact I do remember this one time I had bought brake pads for my car and I ended up not putting them on for a year and the reason being was that my car was shaking really hard coming to a stop and as soon as you stepped on the brake pedal the car would jolt forward really hard. So, I thought that I needed new brake pads and rotors. Well, it turns out that the issue was with the brake booster recall. Once I got that replaced everything was fixed. So, i never replaced the brake pads. OK, now back to the review. Here it's a year later and they had given me the incorrect pads. I was worried they were going to just tell me I was SOL. But, they took the incorrect pads back and gave me the correct ones no questions asked. That is great customer service.

I came in to buy replacement windshield wiper blades. They helped get the right ones. I installed the passenger side without asking for help. The driver side had rusted. I asked for help and the associate borrowed a screw driver from his co-worker and removed it. He replaced without giving me any grief. Thanks!
