Jersey Mike's Subs

This is a great location and the manager of the store. Dillon does an amazing job. The store is clean. The employees are professional and friendly. I always feel welcome whenever I go into this store. I love Jersey Mike’s and I love everyone that works there. They do a fantastic job.

The staff inside were friendly and the restaurant wasn't too busy at the time. The subs are always good and I'm glad to have one close to me. Personally, I prefer Jersey Mike's over the other sub places in town, I feel like the meat is a better quality and I like the bread better. This location was convenient as well as nice and clean!

As soon I walked in I was greeted! I love the energy and how nice the crew was with me. They all very friendly, but especially Jack! He was awesome! My sub was delicious and YUMMYYYY!!!! Thank you guys

Never ate here before. Love that they cut the meat when I ordered. There are lots of toppings to choose from and no extra charges. Giant sub and two drinks are perfect for sharing with two people. Will return again to try a different sub.

Stopped in here with grandma recently and i have to say the sandwiches are better than Subways much more delicious and actually have flavor

I went gluten free about six years ago and one of the food items that always falls short is gluten free rolls for subs. That was until I found out Jersey Mike's had gluten free subs. I went to this location based on a friend's recommendation and wow! Their gluten free roll is awesome. I got the chipotle chicken, which was amazing. It is very filling so be careful ordering a full instead of a half.

Wonderful lunch experience. Staff was great and provided recommendations. The snickerdoodle was a great choice.

You can't beat the sandwiches at Jersey Mike's. This place was busy but the crew behind the counter made sure that got everyone's order out in a timely manner. Great service!

Love the Turkey & Provolone with tomato, onion, banana peppers and the juice. I get the rosemary Parm sub roll - sooooo good!

Had a steak & cheese Big Kahuna and it was super good! Prepared fresh and served hot! 👌 friendly staff, and also received a veteran discount.

I don't have a lot of experience with other Jersey Mike's locations, but this restaurant is amazing.

At least this particular Jersey Mike's certainly defines the traditional "submarine sandwich." Delicious fresh sub rolls, generous portions of meat, skilled assembly of the sandwiches, and nice fresh toppings. I should have taken a picture of the tomatoes they used - - large, red, ripe slices that looked nothing like the anemic tomatoes used at lesser sub shops, or even at some delis.

I know that Jersey Mike's had originally started as a sub shop at the shore, but I already associate hearty food like this with the New Jersey, Delaware & Maryland beach towns. I haven't been able to get down to the shore yet this summer, but I certainly feel like I got a taste of it.

KELSEY makes the best subs and is always friendly. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this location!

I stopped in right before close and Kaylee took care of me. She is five star. She immediately warmly greeted me and was incredibly helpful provided great customer service. I asked but I could tell right away that she was on track to own her own store one day. The store was clean everybody was busy and I was very impressed. Dylan and the other staff members Also were friendly and did a great job.

Great subs. Weve been to just about every sub shop from the big chains to your local shop, but this is our favorite. Great variety of hot and cold subs and we love the "Mike's way" specials. I usually call in and place my order over the phone and then pick up and I've always had a good experience.

Yah. I finally found a sub I liked but still a bit expensive. For 1 large n 1 regular sub it came to about $35. But bread is fresh n shipped in from nj fresh every day and the ingredients for the sandwich is excellent meats and cheeses even the veggie toppings are decent. My only suggestion is they add a meatball parm to the menu. They are so good we went twice in one week. N even excellent home brewed iced tea. Perks!! Not a fan of cardboard straw though. Takes a bit getting used to. But nj is also where I was raised n I must say it definitely reminds me of nj shores.

Ease of access with getting to and parking. Generally have all the menu items. Watch the hot food though. Sometimes, they mix up orders. Easy to fix, just tell them. Food is fresh cut infront of you. Condiments are limited to basic ingredients. Drinks are limited to basic soda fountain options.
We stop here everytime we pass through Hagerstown.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The subs were fantastic. The one who made my order was named Bobby. We really liked his energy, he greeted us as we came in and answered our questions. We will definitely be back....
