I had a small amount of liquid splash onto my relatively new MacBook Pro Retina keyboard, which caused the computer to short out and turn off. It would not come back on and I figured it was DONE. I called Dario on a weekend and he called me back almost immediately. We set up a time to drop it off. He kept me informed the entire time that he had my computer. He sent pics the same day to show me the parts that were shorted out. I still thought it was prob done at that point, but he said he wanted to keep working on it. Long story short, he took the extra time to fix my computer without replacing everything inside, at a very reasonable cost and I am happy to report that I am typing this review from the computer that he saved for me. Thank you Dario!!

3 weeks ago Dario fixed my laptop. He did an excellent job at a great price. He was very helpful. I would definitely recommend him any day. He gives me 2 month warranty on my repair. Cannot beat that. Thank you very much.

I lost my hard drive and thought I lost the entire computer. After reading reviews on here (obviously with my phone) I thought Dario looks like the guy. Sure enough he was. I received great service, updates, and saved a lot of money. Not only doing what said he would do, he went above and beyond by cleaning and updating my computer with the latest updates. Just did it! Dario was great! I had built my own gaming computer and the motherboard had gone out and didn't know what was going on. Dario knew how to troubleshoot and fix the problem, and the repair time was quick, which was awesome! He is very professional and good at what he does, and I highly recommend him for any computer problems! I'm definitely going back to him for any future computer issues.

Dario was great. He changed out the battery on one my MacBook Airs for cheaper than the Apple Store would have charged. Another one was water damaged and he was able to find me an awesome almost-new-one for cheaper than what Apple would have charged to fix the water damaged one. Fast, friendly, and affordable. I 100% recommend DME!

Dario fixed my macbook pro a few months ago. He replaced my crashed hard drive and was able to recover all of my information. He was extremely fast, professional, and at a great price. I just referred a friend who needs some computer work done. I will definitely use DME computer repair in the future

DME was fabulous to work with. The tech got my computer in and out of my car for me, did an excellent job fixing it, had a quick turn around, and still checked with me after I got home to make sure everything worked properly. He also gave some helpful tips for my mac. Such fabulous customer service. He is an in-home business and I'd rather take my business to him any day, than to a corporate business.

I was in a bind and needed my computer fixed the same day I called DME as I was headed out of town. They made sure to get it done as quickly as possible. The service was fast and effective. This was one of the easiest repair companies I have ever worked with and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone having computer issues.

Great service! Hard drive crashed on my Dell laptop. Dropped off PC around noon and had it back that same evening. The new hard drive working great with all the data restored properly and at a reasonable price. I would recommend DME and will use them again in the future.

With 10 days left before my bar exam, my computer screen started flashing the dreaded "question mark folder." This has happened before, so before panic set in, my fiance and I began to do the usual tricks -- powering down, pressing COMMAND + R, taking the battery out, etc. Nothing worked. I began a full-fledged panic attack and started looking for reputable Apple computer repair services. DME Computer Repair Services popped up and had great reviews. The next morning, at 9:30, my fiance and I hopped in o the car and started for DME Computer Repair Services. The location took us to a residential area, so we called Dario, who was more than willing to accommodate our immediate need for assistance, despite the fact that it was a Sunday AND Valentine's Day. He assured us that his location is a residential area, and told us to drop off the computer in 15 minutes. We went out to lunch and, at 11:00, Dario called to say he was able to reboot my computer and would transfer the files I needed to a hard drive at 2:00 that afternoon. I went to his home with my hard drive in hand and we attempted to reboot my computer. It didn't work. "No worries," Dario explained. He was concerned that this would happen and had already backed up my information to his PERSONAL hard drive to help me out. What a relief. If he hadn't done that, I fear I would have lost everything. Words cannot explain the relief I felt. Dario was convenient, professional, fast, and affordable. I seriously can't praise him enough. Thank you, Dario! You've earned yourself a lifetime client!

Don't bother with the Apple Store. This place is great. Dario replaced my battery and upgraded my drive and installed OS in the time it took to get a haircut, and even called me to tell me it was ready. At Apple, I would have still been standing in line looking at The Domain hipsters, waiting for a "genius" to take my computer and tell me it would take 3 days. Save yourself the grief.

Believe the hype, this guy is great. My macbook pro slipped off my couch and the screen wouldn't turn on. I took it to Dario on Thursday night and by Friday afternoon he had it done. He was fully upfront about his prices and called/texted me when it was done. If you are in a tight spot, take your computer to Dario and he will get it fixed the right way, period.

I thought my old computer (iMac) was dying, and I was far from ready to buy a new one just yet. Dario quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my computer at a reasonable price. It was great to find someone willing to fix it. Everywhere else seems to just want to sell you something new and expensive. To repair IS an option in many cases, and DME helped me with that. Thanks!

Dario at DME has helped me out twice. Both times, he was patient, helpful, and quick to determine the problem, and most of all, fix it. He stayed until we had everything set up optimally, and made suggestions on how to improve our wireless coverage, and then set it up. We have both Mac & PC, and he was equally adept with both. I built this awesome gaming computer that is a little bit above my level when things inevitably go wrong. That thing is like my baby and I will go back to Dario every time.
