Fantastic people! Allowed me to drop off over 80 boxed invitations and leave while they took their time to process and mail each one. Sent me all the tracking numbers and called before charging the postage to my card. Saved me so much time and a headache by avoiding what would have been a long trip to the post office.

The nicest people! They just saved me $80. I was going to overnight some tax docs but she called someone to be sure they weren’t actually due by the date I thought they were. She let me know they just had to be post marked by today not turned in to the IRS. Every time I come in they are super friendly and easy to work with.

Customer service is amazing! Highly recommend if you want to get in and get out!

I frequently shop online which results in a lot of returns via mail. Pack & Mail has been my go-to since moving to the area! It's so convenient to have all major shipping carriers at one spot so I can easily drop off multiple returns. And of course, I have to mention that the staff is AMAZING! They are so incredibly friendly. I've never had an issue with a lost or damaged package. This place is the best, highly recommend!

We LOVE these folks. They seriously take care of you. Think of all those dreadful trips you've taken to USPS or the UPS Store and forget about them, because this place blows them out of the water. They are so nice, courteous, and fun. I've honestly never had a bad experience here, and I've been here multiple times because it's much more convenient than going anywhere else. Thanks, y'all!!!

I could not recommend Pack and Mail enough. They are amazing, Sharon has especially helped me start my business, where I knew NOTHING about shipping. She would even help me save money by teaching me how to package things efficiently. We visit nearly everyday to drop packages off and she always has the biggest smile. 10/10 A+

I thoroughly enjoyed a mail trip, which is a rarity. The space was very clean and organized. Lots of grab and goes you could need for office. My little guy enjoyed the rocks out front.l and a few of the stuffed animals. Elizabeth and Sharon are extremely welcoming. If feels like doing business with your best friend. Will continue to ship everything through them.

While I typically leave reviews to warn people about bad service. I need to make a better habit of letting people know about excellent service. I had a package to ship to New Hampshire. It was bulky and I was quite sure the other competing package store would be unable to assist me because of the new management and new staff. After quick consultation with the ladies in charge I was sure the box would be packed without an issue. And if they had done just that it would've been regular service.

What makes this experience so wonderful is they repacked my package and got it to fit into a smaller box thereby saving me money on shipping costs.

If you need to ship a package experienced package and mail handlers are valuable. I can attest to that $103 versus $57 is a big difference!

Pack and Mail for the win! This store has the best customer service you could ask for. Elizabeth and Sharon consistently go above and beyond to help with customer needs no matter what the size. I recently had to get some images printed on photo paper, all other stores I went to would not give me the time of day, Pack and Mail worked with me and had my images printed to the correct size within minutes even though they were clearly busy at the time.
From now on, I won't even think about going to Staples for any printing needs.

I have used this company several times and they always give great service. Just this week I visited one of their competitors and they basically told me that they did not know when they could complete a project nor did they know how much it would cost??? I stopped by Pack & Mail and they were not only able to give me all of the information that I needed, they delivered on every level. We are lucky to have a business with this level of service in our community. I will not go anywhere else from now on.

This is the easiest place to ship anything. It’s my go- to for Amazon returns. I can walk in there, hand her my item and she’ll forward the info to herself from my Amazon account and boom - I’m out. Parking is easy too.

I have had nothing but wonderful customer service here. Also, local business that is cheaper than some of the chain competitors nearby. Seriously takes the anxiety out of using a mail/notary service when the people are so friendly and available.

The lovely ladies at Pack & Mail Etc couldn’t be any nicer!! They’ve helped me with two businesses from Start Up to operating Successfully, and that’s not what they do, they do shipping, engraving, notary, business cards, fliers, and even finger prints for passports or employment. Sharon and Liz have all the answers to Shipping, Business, Fullfillment Questions and More.

Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me retrieve my documents from phone to print and edited them to perfection. She saved the day! Absolutely magical ladies. Always there to help.

My first experience in the store was nothing but pleasant. They had a wide range of gifts that all people would enjoy. Sharon was polite and helpful and I will definitely be back!

Owner was very helpful, courteous, and helped me even carry some heavy packages from the loading zone. Found it after Walgreens would not take my oversized FedEx packages. Will be back!
