Called all around Albany trying to get my daughters Nintendo Switch charger port repaired. Nobody would touch it. So in a last effort I contacted Geek Bros, so happy I did too, knowledgeable staff, courteous and professional. Well worth the drive from NY. They even shipped it back to me to save the drive. I was referred here by Tony at Computer Repair in Palmer as he did not want to take the chance of trying to fix my tablet. Very honest. I took his advice and so happy I did. Larry, the owner was wonderful. He was so friendly. He was able to repair it. His prices are very reasonable. I have a new repair shop! I would give a heck of a lot more stars if I could! This is the place to go in the Springfield area if you are having any sort of phone woes. I came in with an inoperable/dead phone from a previous repair at another store and Larry was able to get my phone working the best it ever has; the battery life has never been this good in my phone, and all the haptic/audio issues were fixed. Geek Bro to the rescue!
Larry was able to resuscitate my waterlogged Samsung S22 after I took it swimming on vacation! I thought I had lost all my vacation photos. Happily, he was able to restart my phone so that I could recover years of photos, messages, and all the other data on my phone. Larry was kind and honest and empathetic while managing expectations. Service was prompt, courteous, and very affordable. Larry is my hero!

Was all around impressed by the customer service, extreme knowledge, reasonable pricing, quick turn around time, and convenience of location. Had a fantastic experience, and highly recommend, Larry; for his vast expertise in cellphone repair.

Went to Geek Bros for the first time last week when another business said they might me be able to help me quicker as they had to order special parts for my phone.

Larry was super professional while he was working on another customers phone. We were able to have a great conversation while I waited. A couple of customers had come in to pick up including a customer who he could not resolve their issue and he even said what he thought the issue was. It would cost the customer the same price as an upgraded phone and mentioned to go with the non pro models as repairs on those really up the price. Not something I would normally see but it was refreshing to see.

Larry was able to fix my problem in under 20 minutes when I was told by the other company the earliest it would be done by them was 3 days from the day I brought them in.

Larry made me feel less like a customer and more like family which is another thing I don’t see that often any more.

I will be recommending Larry and Geek Bros to anyone who needs a device repaired.

Was dealing with some water damage to my IPhone 11 and decided to drop in here. I was helped immediately by Larry. He quickly and calmly diagnosed my problem and gave me my options. Everything about it felt honest and empathetic. It was a refreshing experience amidst the tragedy that is losing your phone. This will be my first choice for all future tech issues.

Great place with great service. The gentleman who works here was super helpful and knowledgeable. If your phone is broken this is the place to go. May have to return to get my finicky Xbox looked at. Can't recommend this shop enough!!

This place is awesome, My console was completely filled with dust, and he completely cleaned it out and applied new thermal paste. Amazing customer service and super nice and friendly guy!

My mom and I went to Geek Bro after getting our new iPhones. The owner custom cut screen protectors to fit our phones perfectly, he put them on and they came out perfect! My 13 Pro Max was having problems charging for months, it would rarely connect to my Apple CarPlay which would drive me nuts, I brought it to Geek Bros and within 20 minutes he had it fixed and good as new for an excellent price, I HIGHLY suggest them.

I was having issues with my 8 Plus iphone, and since I wasn't prepared to invest in a new one, I decided to visit Geek Bro. To my delight, it felt like I had a brand-new phone after their expert service. They replaced the battery, installed a new case, and added a fresh screen cover. If you're in need of reliable repair services, I wholeheartedly recommend this couple. Their professionalism, reasonable price and the rejuvenated state of my phone have left me thoroughly satisfied.

My PlayStation 5 hdmi port broke I brought it in same day and he got hard to work and pretty much had it done in a single day. Great guy and a great business definitely recommend will come back
