Just wrapped up a big project with KSAudio. We had a change of sales person during design and Jeff took over and did a great job of reviewing the proposed plan, climbing into the attic and verifying all structural wiring and access points. Billy and Marshall did the install of our camera system (IC View) Sonos sound system and two TV's. It took two full days and they were phenomenal. Organized, knowledgable, polite and tidy. Marshall who is fairly new was patient and helped me with all of the downloading of apps and logging in. I highly recommend KS Audio and these employees for design and install.

KS Audio did a fantastic job from start to finish. Jeff, Jacqui and Quincy were all great to deal with. Cole was at our house for 2 days. As well as new equipment being installed we had several specific requests including simplification and programming an International Streamer which I do not think he had seen before. Cole’s technical expertise and well as patience and persistence to give us exactly what we needed was great. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

Just finished a 2 visit job with KS Audio the first with Billy the second with Daniel. First visit with Billy was awesome. He had the unenviable task of troubleshooting a Sonos/inside/outside system we had installed a couple of years ago by another contractor. We had several issues. Billy was on time, professional , personable and knowledgeable . (as was Daniel on my second visit). Billy spent time assessing the issue and fixing it! I was so Grateful. Daniel came today to take down an outdoor tv, install a Sonos soundbar and FINALLY tying in our speakers and tv to 1 remote and not have to use 2 remotes and going through hoops to get it all working. Daniel was awesome. I can not recommend KS Audio more.

Have had a great experience with KS Audio for a few years now. Recently we were having issues with our internet dropping and Alexander was able to diagnose that the service from Spectrum was cutting out for microseconds every day. We had Spectrum come out and fix their issues and everything seems to be cleared up.

Amazing professional team helped update our equipment and wiring to be able to move to better WI-Fi connectivity and streaming. Tony did reconnaissance and planned what was required. He was helpful and honest, not suggesting more than we needed. Billy and Josh executed the first round of installation. They were terrific: friendly, skilled, careful and cleaned up after all their work. Daniel was the “trouble shooter” helping “tweak” our complicated system until we had everything running smoothly. Daniel was particularly patient and meticulous and deserves an extra gold star. I especially appreciated the “updates” by texts and phone calls about appointments, which helped me plan my schedule. This is our third time calling KS to help and update us…and we will absolutely call them again when the time comes for the next “upgrade”!

Cole, Nathan and John did my installation and it came out even better than I imagined. These guys were awesome! Very personable and professional. I recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right!

After the renovation of our home, Daniel Burch from KSAV reconnected our Bose sound system, fixed long term issues we had with our DVD player and provided recommendations for updating and upgrading our entertainment systems. KS Audio has done it again: delivered same day superior service. KS installed my A/V systems in 2021: tvs, wireless, sound, internet. I dont often need help but after a summer of power outages, cable outages, and grandchildren, several of my components were disconnected. I called for help, and Tyson fit me in that day. I had KS install my theatre. The installation team was outstanding. All of them were well qualified and they went far above what I was expecting. Tony in sales was great as well. They are very responsive and a very professional organization. I have used other AV companies in both Charlotte and Winston-Salem previously. I have nothing negative to say about them. However, by far KS was superior in every aspect. They have earned my repeat business.

KS audio technician “Daniel “ was absolutely great. He knew exactly what he was doing and diagnosed the sound issues that my system was experiencing very quickly. He resolved the problem and got the system up and running again. Store representative Quincey was equally professional. He was very responsive to my call and voicemail message and scheduled Daniel within 24 hours of my call. I fully recommend K S Audio.

We had some issues with our Ethernet lines and rather than call an electrician, I opted for KS based on other reviews and ease of scheduling and I’m so glad I did! Daniel was awesome!
