I needed new windshield wipers. The factory installed ones were terrible. Juan and his manger were so helpful. Juan showed me how to install them. I felt comfortable asking questions about my car. You don’t alway feel that at some places. Juan was so knowledgeable and patient. Everyone here was friendly and welcoming. These days it’s hard to find good customer services. Juan and the others go above and beyond.

A couple weeks ago I had a headlight that was out in my car and no one could figure out why. Felix at AutoZone took the time to come out to my car and figure out what was going on with it. He was SO kind and it worked instantly without me having to spend hundreds of dollars. I could have cried on the spot. He made my day!! Thank you Felix!
