I ordered my batteries online, and they were ready to pick up within 30 minutes. The employee at the store was very polite and grabbed my order right away. A very easy purchase and process!

I was able to get what I needed for my watch with simplicity and great customer service. The attendant was knowledgeable about his products and even understood that there was an actual misprint on the battery I had brought in giving the wrong number. He took less than a minute to figure it out and I was on my way. Location was neat and organized and there was plenty of parking. Will be back for future battery needs.

I brought in my Mag Lite and Daryl tried ever so hard to fix it but I had let the batteries leak and it was totaled. Great effort and customer service.
I was able to get a key fob for my Dodge Charger. They also program it and cut the valet key.
It was also a very competitive price.

Shout out to Dylan for going above & beyond! My truck broke down in the parking lot a few stores down and I went into Batteries + to see if they could test the battery for me. Good experience! Easily made an appointment online for iPhone battery replacement. Dylan replaced battery while I waited. Noticed a problem with the “home” button after I left, so I went back and Dylan fixed it right away.

They were super helpful with our key fob issue. Our old ones were a bit beaten up and we bought new ones from Amazon. It seems we accidentally ordered the wrong ones, but they were able to get the old one apart without damaging it and install new batteries.

The gentlemen that worked here were professional and courteous. I placed my order online, walked in was greeted promptly. In less than 5 minutes I was out the door with the battery I needed for my security system. It saved me $140 from having a service tech replace it. An awesome experience.

Went there to replace the battery on my car key fob. Way cheaper than going to the car agency. Also went to buy a special bulb for my lamp, which they had. Nice and helpful staff. If you need batteries, bulbs, it's the place to go. Quick and fast. Patty F.

Only tend to review for exceptional or poor service. My last 2 experiences have been excellent at this location. First, replacement battery for iPhone 6, which was completed efficiently and still working well 6 months later. Most recently, took the same phone back for charger port which could only intermittently charge and said I needed a port replacement. After a couple of questions - the staff simply cleaned out the battery port (a bunch of dirt/grime in it) and told me it's a pretty common problem. No cost - and the phone charger is working as it should. Great customer service for me! Thanks!

Cindy has helped me find the right product twice now and impressed me with her knowledge of their products and her technical prowess. The first time I needed a replacement battery for my UPS. Today I needed a lamp which Home Depot didn't stock. Both times she has not only provided a perfect replacement but I learned something in the process. Becoming a more savvy consumer is added value.

Cindy, at the Kennesaw location, was very helpful and instrumental in finding a key fob for my Cadenza! NO ONE has this key fob ANYWHERE, but Cindy was able to find it and had it shipped to her location! It took a while, but Cindy found a fob that the dealer said was WAY back ordered, and that a nearby hardware store said was WAY backordered! Thanks for finding it Cindy, and keeping it for me to purchase. I will ALWAYS come back to Batteries Plus Bulbs FIRST! AWESOME!

Ms. Cindy just made my day! Not only did she replace the battery in my watch, but she resurrected my dead key fob. I had thought I would have to take it into a dealer, because a previous battery I tried didn't work. She said she would try a different battery and let me try. IT WORKED!!!! I've never been more excited to hear my car alarm! She also knocked off the installation fee! She did everything with a smile and the best customer service! She's my battery angel!

Awesome service! I had them program a key fob for my Ram 2500. I was able to order the Fob on Amazon for <$20 and they only charged $40 to program it and cut the emergency key. The dealership wanted $350!!!

Got the battery I needed and had been looking for for several months..for my older camera. Helpful and courteous customer service.

Very smooth transaction. Ordered a motorcycle battery on line, that was in stock, for store pickup. This particular battery required activation and charging before use.. When taking the old battery in for core return I noticed it had 340 Cold Cranking Amps (CCA). The new battery I ordered only had 260 CCA. When I arrived at the store I found that the clerk had already activated and was charging the battery I ordered (a nice surprise, since I planned on doing this myself at home). Upon discussion about my battery usage, I decided to upgrade my order to a different new battery that has 350 CCA. The clerk sold me the upgraded unit (which did not require activation and charging), and even applied the same discount that I had gotten on line. I would recommend this store and batteries +
