I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt I needed to after working with Ryan on our new LVP flooring. This was for our summer place, so we are not there all the time. I reached out to him, after receiving an extremely high quote from another flooring place. He had the exact style we wanted and came over in a couple of hours to measure it for us. They were $750 cheaper than the other flooring store. A few weeks later they were able to install it. It could not have been any easier. They installation team was professional and finished the whole job in a few hours. We have been getting compliments since we put them in. Thanks again to Ryan, who is a really nice guy and was very easy to work with.

We used Homeworks in Ocean City to replace our LVP flooring with engineered hardwood 4 months ago, and were very pleased from start to finish. Wynemah Fuller was wonderful. She helped us with our flooring selections, explaining the different types of flooring, and walked us through the whole process from selections to measuring to ordering to installation. Leo and his team of installers did a fantastic job with the installation, and cleaned up each day before leaving our home. After having multiple contractors in our home for other projects, it was so nice to have a team that didn't leave a mess behind! Our floors are beautiful!

Installed plank flooring 2yrs ago and had a problem with one of the boards. These guys jumped on the issue, came out a did the repair, Ryan in sales stayed on top of this from the moment I called until repairs completed. And Jason, who did the repair work was super.

Purchased rugs, flooring and window treatments installed in a very professional, timely manner. Worked specifically with Rose on windows, and they look stunning in the condo. Rose took great care in assessing our specific needs and didn’t try to over sell. We are thrilled with her work and lovely personality. Ryan was in charge of our flooring, and he was communicative and direct in getting the job accomplished perfectly. He choose competent, professional installers who take their time and did an excellent job. We needed them to come back to revisit a small space that we felt needed a tiny bit of extra attention and they responded quickly without hesitation. We are enjoying our choices, and their work at our beautiful condo overlooking the Ocean, as all of the work was completed in time for the season. Not being familiar with the Ocean City area, we chose Homeworks after some research and discovered we had made a great selection for new carpeting. I had a wonderful experience at Homeworks Carpet One! Honestly, the other reviews I've read are shocking because they definitely do NOT reflect my experience. I'm so glad I didn't listen to what a couple other people wrote. My salesman Ryan was nothing but professional and helped me pick out the perfect fit for us, the porcelain tile that looks like hardwood. I LOVE it!! Our installers were on it and I had no problem with the job they did. Next project is new countertops and I plan to use Homeworks again, without a doubt.

I had a wonderful experience with this store. Wynemah was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I had called a couple other stores and between being out of state at the time, the busy time of year and worldwide supply issues, I couldn’t find anyone to meet my timetable. Homework’s Carpet One was my third call, and Wynemah listened to my goals over the phone and found a solution the same day. She helped me find the perfect in stock carpet and made the process seamless! I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Homeworks Ocean City was great to deal with. Salesman Mark kept in regular contact with me to let me know how things were going. I have a beautiful new floor. Owner Buddy also was involved to be sure it was a good experience. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

We replaced carpet in several rooms in our Ocean City condo with Luxury Vinyl Tile. We walked up to Homeworks one morning not really sure if we were ready to do the project and that's when we met BJ our sales associate. He was such a pleasure to work with - provided good information on the products - and even drove us to our condo with samples so that we could make a decision. BJ accommodated a change in the install date, communicated with us prior to the installation, and was there to lend a hand when we had a follow-up post installation. The crew did a great job with the install - while we had dust to clean up from the carpet removal you would otherwise not know they were there except for seeing the new floor - every piece of furniture was put back in its original place and there was no debris from the installation.

I feel like we got a fair price (flooring was on sale), quality installation, and excellent customer service in BJ. I would certainly do business with them again.

I am not a person prone to write reviews but my experience with Homeworks Carpet One prompted me to do so. We had been looking to install Mannington luxury vynil plank flooring in our condo to replace the first floor carpeting and the ceramic tile in our kitchen. We originally obtained proposals from two others vendors in the OC area, one of which we had good prior experience and we felt confident in. But because of the investment we were making I sought a quote from Homeworks. Our sales rep, Gary, was very responsive and arranged a quick inspection and provided a proposal in just a few days. He then responded to all my questions about the proposal, the installation and the application of the product warranty. Aside from his responsiveness, the price was better than the competing proposals (even though one competitor estimated less square footage for materials), and by a significant enough amount that we chose not to proceed with the vendor with which we had prior experience. Once we signed our proposal, we were scheduled for our installation quickly, and Gary kept me informed throughout the process, which was important to us since we are not local. We couldn’t be more satisfied. The flooring looks fabulous, (no gaps, buckling, unevenness, or unfinished edges) and the quality of the installation is impressive given that we were uncertain of what the sub flooring condition would be in (unit was built in the mid-80’s) and we also elected to install the LVP flooring on the treads and landing area of the stairs as well. From a customer service perspective, Homeworks Carpet One made sure that our satisfaction with the job was their top priority, from their initial proposal to the completed job. Although Homeworks Carpet One did not start out as our first choice, in the end they were by far our best choice; in terms of price, in terms of customer service & communications and, most importantly to us, in terms of the quality of their installation.

My wife and I had home works carpet give us a price on a large balcony carpet for our condo in English Towers. We looked at other places and found their price to be the best. The sales staff was great. We set up a date for installation and the installers were very prompt and did a great job.
I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new carpet.
