Want sure when I walked in because the store looked newly set up. But hey I'm glad to see anybody doing their thing! As soon as I talk to the guy I figured out I was definitely in the right place! Very great customer service up front. Fix my phone right away actually had the parts. I was out of there in 30 minutes. Other places I've dealt with took 3 days to order the parts and a couple hours to install them. These guys were great!

The man that works here is a true angel. My mother past away a year ago and my phone had all the pictures of us together right before she past away. This man didn't just fix it he did it in record time. I highly recommend this place .

I went to get my phone fixed and Josh was very helpful and kind! He explained the different types of screens there were and made the process very easy and fast! They have very good quality screens for a low price :-) would recommend 10/10!

If I could rate them any higher I would. I went to get a replacement phone screen and battery for my iPhone 6s back in February. They were friendly and got me my phone back the same day. My phone screen malfunctioned and they replaced it for free, and even gave me a higher quality lcd for no extra charge. They will continue to receive my patronage in the future.

I took my phone to irestore on walnut Ave to get a new screen. I had to leave a $100 deposit for the part and after 2 months my phone wasn't even touched so I called and they said it wasn't fixable so I requested a refund and they made me fight them to get it back. I was fortunate to hear about Titan Phone Repair and they fixed it the same day! I want to say thank you to everyone at Titan for being so friendly and extremely transparent. I will forever do business with yall. thank you!

Titan phone repair replaced the cracked screen on my iPhone and replaced my old battery in a short amount of time. I also purchased a screen protector and case for a very good price. Would recommend to anyone needing a repair done, service was friendly and attentive!

The staff was extremely helpful and their customer service was excellent! I was able to buy a phone, a case, a screen protector and a charger all for a very low price! I will definitely be coming back for all my phone needs!!

I went to another shop here in Dalton because my phone wouldn’t turn on and they charged me $50 and my phone still didn’t work. So I took it to Titan and they fixed it for $30! Definitely recommend!
