He replaced my MacBook Pro keyboard in under 24 hours!! Usually takes 3-5 days! And cost $200+ he beat all prices in the Tri state area for very cheap ($60) AND did HIGH quality work fast & delicate. Love it! Definitely will be coming here for all future repairs or phone needs

I was super impressed with First Stop Fix. I called and spoke with Ali who quoted a VERY reasonable price beating out all the competitors here in the area. I needed to have the battery changed in a Google Pixel 5. He stated it would take two to three hours to replace/repair. Surprisingly, He called me within an hour and a half saying it was ready to be picked up. If you are looking for fast, friendly, inexpensive, and knowledgeable professional service this is the place to go! Highly recommend!!! A+++

All in all I’d like to thank the front desk associate LESLIE! She was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. I myself am inexperienced with technology, but she’s definitely skilled in guiding and explaining everything to do with the services the business provides, as well as with my personal device. She’s a very attentive young lady who knows how to make customers feel welcomed. I appreciate her service and I’m happy she was the person assisting me! Would highly recommend and come back again!

Walked in and was greeted by the nicest girl! She made me feel very welcomed and was very knowledgeable. She helped me immediately with my issue and helped me find products that were useful to me. The gentleman that runs the store was also very helpful and courteous. 10/10 recommend!

My charger would not go into charging port so I could charge and I took it to first stop and they found a piece of plastic stuck in it. They found it, removed it in less than 5 minutes. They were very courteous and helpful. Thanks First Stop Fix.
