I've read a lot of negative reviews. I can't relate. My carrier is great. My package arrive on time. I only had one issue one time picking up a package from the office and that's because I forgot my ID. The office is open early and stays open late and is usually not overly busy. I'm grateful for the service as most of my packages are routed through USPS and both of the other popular carriers (UPS and FedEx) are awful to work with, both in person and their delivery service (probably just my local branches/carriers, but still a bad taste was left).

I like to call their phone number and be transferred to the next available operator and then listen to the ringing until it hangs up on me. I can do it several times in a row without fear of anyone picking up. It's great!

It's really convenient for me @ this time when oversized packages don't fit n the mailbox. Very nice & clean.

DAR HAS BEEN A TREMENDOUS HELP WITH DECIDING BEST SHIPPING METHODS AND THE STAFF IN GENERAL IS VERY FRIENDLY!!! Plenty of space to manage packages and very easy to reach this location!!! 10 STARS!
