Possibly one of my favorite small locations I've ever visited. I initially went in thinking to expect videogames, but realized upon arrival that board games are what they sold. Nevertheless I browsed around and found some impressive mini paints and a couple awesome figurines (anime type) that you'd expect in a higher end store. While he rang me up I was expecting the 9 paints and 2 figures to be around 200, but when he gave me the price, I was spending around 80! I immediately bought a few more and the prices were still fantastic! Plus the gentleman Robert was an incredibly kind and helpful gentleman.

TL:DR? It's a candy store for board games, their selection of paints or figures (anime, superhero, etc) is vast, and their prices won't gouge you unlike most other shops you go to!

Highly recommending this store to folks who are interested in trading card games (TCG). This store has been instrumental in helping me grow my Magic the Gathering collection! They have tons of MTG products in stock, in addition to numerous other TCG titles and board games.

I’ve visited many DC area boardgame store. This one is a hidden treasure. Lots of rare collections and nice, knowledgeable staff. 10% discounts for veterans.

There are a lot of tabletop stores out there that sell mostly MtG, Pokemon, Warhammer, and D&D while taking up a huge amount of retail space for honestly not much variety. This store does the opposite and I love it.

Great unique little place I randomly came across. Robert and Tom were extremely helpful and kind. The place has a great selection of collectible toys, cards(Pokémon), Gundam, transformers, etc. My son loved it! Highly recommend!

This place ROCKS!!! They're pretty small, but they're PACKED with goods. My family managed to find everything we were looking for, all at great prices too! I'm super excited for the store to expand. I had a lot of fun and spent a long time looking at everything- cards, board games, and even little pins and toys. It really rocks and owner is so helpful. Spieda is genuinely my favorite card shop near me :)

This is a great little store! The owner is very nice and helpful. The store may be small, but it is filled to the brim with great board games, collectibles, tcg products and accessories, and miniatures. They even have items that are no longer in print, like older D&D products, board games, and miniatures. There is also a clean bathroom available!

Awesome place. The co-owner was very friendly and helpful. They have a large variety of games and much more available at their warehouse, which they can get to you in no more than a day. I purchased three games my first time in the store and will definitely be back.

This place is amazing, some of the best game selection I've ever seen and the owner/proprietor is extremely helpful, clearly has a passion for games and nerdy paraphernalia in general. He's super helpful and willing to order anything you're interested in. Card games, board games, models, dungeons and dragons... You name it, Spieda Games probably has it. Highly recommend! Also their prices are the best I've seen, I find that their regular retail is often cheaper than a comparable item that is "on-sale" at another store.

The location is a little goofy, it's a small office suite on the second floor of a vintage office building. Don't let that dissuade you, it's well worth the trip!!

Terrific store! The owner is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and really tries to make sure you're not only finding what you're looking for, but also that you're getting fair prices. Huge selection of games as well between their warehouse and in-store stock. Looking forward to the space expansion!

Spieda Games is awesome! I've been there twice now and I'm always amazed about how well stocked they are when it comes to games. I love it! And, if something isn't there, the staff is super helpful in ordering it for you. If you're looking for some board games, check this place out!

I love this store!! First time here the other day, and I could have stayed hours! Amazing board game selection, lots of unique gift ideas (pens, stuffed animals, mugs, cups, clocks, keychains, jewelery, etc), card games and video games!! Even retro type games that bring me back to the 90's. :) My 3 kids loved the store too, and there were things for all of them as well (ages 4, 7, 10.)

Great little shop packed full of nerd things. Packed full is understatement. Find something new every time you turn around. Board games, card games, models, trading cards, d&d, gifts, collectibles, things for kids to adults. They have a lending library too. Staff is amazing and prices are very fair. Great gem, support small business!

While the store is a small office space tucked away on the 2nd floor of Springfield Gateway, it earns my 5 stars because of the extremely friendly and accommodating owner and selection of product.

They had a product I was looking for that was sold out everywhere, even online. When I went to pick up, the owner kindly recommended me other products that they had in stock that I might like based on the one I was picking up. Excellent customer service.

I can see myself doing a lot of business with this store in the future.

I'm so glad this store showed up on my Google search! The owner was so welcoming and was able to give great recommendations based on the types of games we've played before. We are relatively new to the world of board games and we walked away with 2 new games that suit each of us perfectly and a list of others we hope to add to our collection. I hope to be back soon!

Very pleasant! I had already looked around for some good board games in 2 other stores, with no luck. This one had a bunch of fun games that were just right! It had a clever use of space, and many options! I highly recommend!
