Every time I use this place is empty, no lines quick in and out the lady is Always nice and willing to help you, I think they closed in the middle of the day for lunch, so call before your drive overthere.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Disagree completely with other rude and hateful reviews. Only thing I’d like to see changed is the hours in which the post office is open. My mailbox is a PO Box and I’m only able to get my mail and packages during operating hours.

Very efficient postal service....the agent really knew what she was doing...
I don't agree with her being rude....smile at her, she smiles back...she's got a demanding job..

My family Been living on green pond over 5o years. Went to Hibernian post office and met Jenny who was rude and uninformed I literally took my package back n went to office by quick check who were extremely helpful I am appalled at the behavior Jen showed me I literally expect cops fireman nurses mail personal to seriously hold themselves to a higher standard I feel like she intentionally waisted my time offered no help was completely obnoxious and honestly idk why she has this job if she hates it and her customers so much I would of launched a formal complaint but I can’t find anyone to complain to ! However I wan know who hired her cause she need be retrained both home training and business ... rude rude rude rude rude and after I asked for her name she asked for mine ... here I am Jen ;) I understand idk your life or how your morning went but I don’t see y take

The postal workers are nice ... HOWEVER, the hours of this post office are COMPLETELY UNREALISTIC for 2017.

For people who work outside of the Hibernia area it is nearly impossible to get our mail. For example, for a typical 9 to 5 job, a person leaves for work way before this post office opens at 10:00am and arrive home way after it closes! This means we can only get our mail ONCE PER WEEK!!

AND also TOTALLY ANTIQUATED is the fact that we do not have mail delivered to our homes and are forced to have these PO Boxes, and forced to pick up our mail and packages from the post office.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS, and should be UPDATED IMMEDIATELY.

We want our mail delivered to our homes on a daily basis ... like every other normal household in Morris County.

UNTIL THIS IS CHANGED, I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS POST OFFICE AND CAN NOT RECOMMEND LIVING IN THIS TOWN!!!!

Rude staff. Very sloppy packaging. Blame customers. Zero helpful. USE A DIFFERENT POST OFFICE!!!

Funny how packages are getting lost and seem to never move on from this place. Package never received sent end of February!!!
