Came in to do a return. Had the receipt. It was for $16.68. It went so easy. No problems, no trying to make me take in store credit, though it was an option. Paid cash, got cash back. The young lady helping me was awesome. All and all great experience!

Went in needing to tone the brassy tones out of my hair and had no idea what I needed. A lady working with purple hair, don’t know her name saved me!! She got me exactly what I needed, the supply’s to applicate it, as well as a good shampoo and conditioner recommendation. Would have been lost with out her help. The toner she picked out turned out perfectly for my hair. Thank you!!!

I went here today to purchase some hair dye, I had no idea what I was doing. Luckily, the 2 ladies working tonight were very knowledgeable and were able to help me pick the right products!!! Thanks again!

This is my go to location. The employees are all helpful, and polite to ask questions to. They seem to know quite a bit, don't be shy. The product selection is great, always pretty stocked, rarely have issues finding what I want.

Fortunately for me I had a great experience. Living in this climate has made me chuntees to the point where almost all I own is sweats and hoodies. So, I get profiled allot especially at most Sally's locations and beauty stores in general. Not here. I was greeted, informed about deals going on, and was asked one time if I needed help by both associates working.

Friendly staff, full of hair & nail supplies! Good deals! They have pretty much anything you could need for hair!!!

Great customer service. All the ladies were super sweet and helpful. Sadly they had very low inventory, but I know that is out of their control.
