This review is long over due! I have been going to Shannon for the past 3 years for my son's birthday party and her balloon creations never disappoint. I give her very minimal direction and every year she has managed to exceed my expectations. She is a true artist that you can tell loves what she does. Thanks Shannon for helping to make each one of Aiden's birthdays special! I think my favorite is still baby shark from his second birthday. That octopus was too cute! Also a good representation of how talented she is. Put your faith in her and I'm sure you will be happy with the outcome!

I love this store so much! She has a little bit of everything! Anything you’d need for a party in one place! I got some really cute decorations for my 4 year olds birthday. Since her birthday is in October, I wanted to do a Halloween theme. She had a whole bunch of Halloween party decor! I ended up getting girly colored Halloween decorations!! It turned out so cute & my daughter loved it! Shannon helped me pick out a lot of the stuff. She is super sweet and helps out in any way she can! Definitely will only go to her from here on out for parties!

I loved my balloons for my medical school graduation party! Shannon did such an EXCELLENT job!! She also has such a great spirit and a beautiful personality! It was easy to work with her and she helped me match my balloons to the color scheme I had for my party. Thank you so much for making my day so special!

Absolutely beautiful store with the friendliest, most helpful and accommodating customer service! I ran into last minute issues with my party plans and the owner was the best at helping me figure out what would work for me. The store has an amazing selection of products for Amy party style. Will be happy to go again and again!!

Shannon did a great job on our balloons! We got the 6foot ballon option. Wasn’t too expensive. Mounting it to the wall wasn’t difficult but it is easier with two people.

OH THANK HEAVENS!!!! I no longer have to drive to Party City for my party decor needs. Not only does Pecks sit in a convenient location, they have anything you'd want for a celebration. Some of the things she carries, I've never seen before....and that matters. Divorce? Birthday? Gender announcement? Trust me...Pecks has the goods to make the celebration one for the books!

Leave your amazon balloons at home, folks. Pecks doesn't blow up outside balloons, but they carry more than enough for what you'll need. I say that because she has an entire wall dedicated to mylar, latex, themed/plain balloons. Sometimes, she even tosses out a balloon color combinations, or suggestion, which helps all the scatterrbrained decorators out there(AKA me). Shannon was able to suggest a minecraft balloon set, to me, that SAVED A PARTY.

Overall, I'm elated to have her in the Port Wentworth area. Her business, and personality are a breathe of fresh air!

Shannon's shop is a dream - seriously everything whimsical you could ever want for a celebration is there! Not only are her shop and balloon artistry incredible, she goes above and beyond to make online orders feel like a trip to the shop. Even from out of state, I can get my party fix with every online order! I'll never go anywhere else for my event needs.

I love her store! She did the cutest mermaid party for my little!! Its like a fantasy world she creates for them which is what a birthday party should be! I will be using her again! Thanks Party Emporium for a beautiful and amazing birthday party!

I have also ordered a Giant bunny Easter basket form her..which was AMAZING!! And I loved that so much I also ordered the pink super girl costume. I can't get enough of this place!

Peck’s did such an amazing job with the ice cream balloons for my gender reveal! They were perfect, we couldn’t have been happier with this sweet surprise! Everyone raved over them and they were a perfect backdrop for photos! Thank you so much! 💙

I can’t say enough about Peck’s Party Emporium! I didn’t know balloon arch was such an art until Shannon gave me my first professional arch at my salon for St. Pats. They lasted all the way to Easter and my Easter balloons lasted till July 4th! And they stay looking amazing. And beautiful, and fun the entire time. My clients would always compliment how amazing and awesome the balloons look!!! Peck’s Party is the ONLY place I use for all party and holidays decorations! Shannon is just incredibly creative and extremely talented!! I just say “girl give me XYZ vibe” and she takes it and makes it even better! Love her!!!

WOW just WOW the store is filled with all types party/ any occasion things you can need. I went in there trying to find something special for our anniversary, and after speaking with Shannon (the store owner ) she was able to help me give my wife this amazing out of this world gift by asking me a couple questions she was able to dig in deep and made sure that all of her likes were part of the gift. The balloons still look the same as if I just pick it up and it’s been over 15 days already, the wife loved the balloons. if you need help with any thing from party’s to special occasions Pecks Party Emporium is the place to go you won’t regret it.
