I have been a Byram customer since 2021. Customer service is courteous, efficient, and helpful. I always get greeted, and my order is taken and confirmed. I am able to connect with billing and they always help to resolve payment issues. Even when I fell behind on my bill, Byram treated me with empathy and respect. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I get from Byram, and I recommend this company.

Couldn't have been a better first time experience with Jenny from Byram! She was so helpful in getting ostomy supplies ordered and recommended the stomagenie(?) which I received four samples of from the company, and as soon as I have time, I'm going to call her back to ask how to order the size I need!

I HATE that I have a colostomy but am glad Byram has made it easier for me to deal with!

I reached out directly to my insurance to see what contracted vendors were in network for me to receive a breast pump under insurance. Byram came up as an option. I was pleased to see that Byram easily offered “upgrade” options and allowed me to pay the difference as a lactation support person recommended a specific brand and model. Byram had information on the process (upgrade fee costs, when you may get your pump based on your insurance policies, that they may need to contact your doctor for a prescription, etc) and I was very happy with the process and information they provided. I filled out the required information and received my breast pump with no hassle on my end! Thank you Byram!

Ordering from Byram has been quick and easy. Delivery has been within 3 days of placing my orders. I had to switch to another medical supplier because Medline was no longer in network with my insurance. What a blessing! Byram has been so much more efficient. I wouldn't switch back to Medline if I could!

Byram healthcare is a diabetic supply company. They have a team of customer service people that will help you choose the right equipment needed for your condition. They ship directly to you and able to track it. I would recommend this company to all in need.

Ordered breast pump through Byram’s website. The easiest process! So simple and self explanatory. I had my breast pump delivered within only a few business days. Super fast process. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing company. I called my insurance to see what was the best way to get a breast pump and they guided me to Byram. I went through their website to see what pumps would be covered and I could choose from various brands. Once I picked the one I liked I added all my information and kid you not I had my breast pump shipped next day because I had applied on Monday and received it on Wednesday. It was amazingly fast and easy.

Fantastic customer service. They were sent my RX and called me the next day. They verified my I formation and said they would send my products that day. I received the product the next day. They forwarded their website so I could use it.

My experience with this location is with Cindi in customer assist phone line. She completely took care of a major issue. Without Cindi handling the problem from start to finish, my situation would have been very difficult to navigate through.

Over my years with Byram, they have been a solid performer in proving my orders on time and correctly invoiced.
I believe proactive communication from us as consumers is a requirement. If we want things to run smoothly, we need to advocate for ourselves as in all other areas of medical care and services we may utilize. If I have an item that may be in question or may need follow-up. I do not go past 3 days without double-checking status. If I have an issue with an item, I am in daily contact just to make sure things are going smoothly.
If you leave the responsibility to any company without double-checking the status daily in some cases, you are leaving a door wide open for possible interruption in the time frame that you might need your specific items. I hope this information helps those who depend on Byram as their medical supply provider.

I worked with Debbie and she made the process very easy and endured I was comfortable and provided me with my product order #'s fir future reference. Debbie was very professional and I would recommend this company.

I have struggled to find supplies that fit the needs for a member in my family. The staff at Byram sent multiple different samples until we found what worked best. The staff is friendly and patient centered. I recommend 100%!

They've been known to make some changes without telling you but if you catch it quickly they'll fix before shipping. My advice is don't do the text fulfilment always call & speak with an agent. I went here back in April I think it was for a maternity support belt. The girl that helped me out showed me how to put it on, adjust it, made sure I knew where it needed to be for the best support, and even made sure that I knew that they carried a wide variety of other maternity and baby need items. She was so very kind, and I wish I could remember her name. The other people in the store also were very kind, and all made sure I left happy. Which I did.

I just ordered my breast pump through them. Only down side is that the nipple shields only come in one size. But the lady on the phone was also very kind and helpful. Even offered anything extra I might need. Yes, that's her job, but I didn't feel like she was trying to push the sale on me at all.
