I was new to CPAP, and had a lot of questions. I'm more of a visual learner, so went in to their office to meet in person. Richard was very patient and kind and did an excellent job of explaining all my options, teaching me how to use and clean and maintain everything, and how everything works with my insurance. When I later had some follow-up questions, I was in the neighborhood and popped in to ask, and Jaymie was equally pleasant and helpful and informative.
I've had some difficulty with getting through on their main toll-free number (very long hold times) in the past, but the local office has so far always been very responsive and helpful.
Highly recommend.

Was visiting from out of town and discovered I had forgotten my CPAP mask and cushion at home. I called Performance Home Medical and they set me up with the Spokane store and was able to get me a replacement that morning. The two staff members at the Spokane store were so great and helpful. In and out in 5-10min.

FYI: yes you will probably be on hold with their call center for a good period of time. The local number on the web just routes to the main call center. But everyone I dealt with was great. It's not their fault the wait times are long!

Jaymie helped me this afternoon. She was the friendliest front desk gal they have ever had. She was kind patient and understanding. She went above and beyond to try and get my insurance to cover my cpap mask instead of getting reimbursement later from insurance. While her efforts didn’t avail it didn’t take away from her kindness and her trying her very best to help! Thank you JAYMIE!

They have been extremely helpful, quick with their appointments to do exchanges or talk to the technicians, extremely on the dot with online help with the machine and settings. Highly recommend them!!

Just want to say my experience with performance home medical so far has been very positive. This past month has been crazy with different appointments and leaving my job for another career. I didn't know what to expect coming in for my appointment being new to CPAP and all but Richard did a good job walking me through how to use it.

I have had a great experience with Performance Home Medical from the initial equipment education and answering all my questions, to the troubleshooting and responsiveness when I needed to try a different mask. Their expertise helped me feel a lot more confident in starting CPAP therapy. Thanks everyone!

Was ok vacation and left a part of my CPAP at home. Dropped in and they explained that I needed a prescription in the state of Washington to allow them to help me. One prescription later by a local sleep doctor and I walked out with the part I needed for less than the price of the same part on Amazon. Thanks for the help.

I was having issues with getting my CPAP supplies and the manager helped me get my problem resolved. I am happy with my experience with them, and very grateful.

My mother and I had a wonderful experience with the representative and with the establishment. The office was clean and the employees were wonderful.

I felt very comfortable the whole time i was there. The man was very helpful and explained everything to me leaving me with no questions.i love my machine . Now just wish i could find distilled water somewhere

I had been waiting two months for my supply refill. I was getting no help from the 1-800 number, no responses back from email. So, I decided to go into the store and see what they could do. Kassandra at the front desk did not stop trying to figure out the problem to get my supplies. With the help of Kassandra Eugene, Richard and Steve, I was able to get my supplies that day. I'm feeling so refreshed again. Thank you all so much for all that you did for me.

This company used to be 5 star, but not after today's notice that they charge you if you order the wrong size supplies!!!

Between Performance and Dr. I am not pleased with either ones interaction. Still have not received my supplies.

Service is poor. I order supplies on line, but still get robo calls every few days asking me to order supplies. When I call to say I already ordered, the person will always say that they are not connected with the web site and have no way of knowing if an order was placed online. What kind of business does this? Products are good. Ordering supplies needs improvement.
