I have been coming to this Petco for years..
Great location, staff and merchandise. No reason to go anywhere else!

Placing the order was easy as well as the pick up process. I place the order here in Charlotte, NC for my grand puppies in Virginia and there's never a problem. Thank you.

The young guy that assisted me was great. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful. He was able to answer most of my questions, the ones he wasn't able to he offered to put me in touch with them directly which was thoughtful but not necessary. It was my first time to this particular store and I was happy with the selection of products and live fish there.

I took my mini Schnauzer to Petco Annandale grooming for the first time. Brian and the other staff whom I met the last time were nice and patiently answered the questions I had without rushing. The grooming room was not chaotic and clean, which was good for my dog. When I went to pick my dog up, she looked so cute that I started booking another grooming appointment for my another Schnoodle.

My encounter with Jose at Petco was fantastic! He really knows his stuff when it comes to Betta fish. And their store mascot, Bluey the Betta, is very well taken care of and loved. I'm glad to have a store with such experience, so newbies like me can learn.

Brian is incredible! I’ve brought my dog to dozens of other groomers, but Brian consistently demonstrates the most attention to detail and my dog is noticeably less anxious after appointments with him compared to other groomers.

I've been shopping at the Annandale Virginia store for about a year now and the store is always neat and organized the staff is always very helpful. Every visit to the store I've always found what I needed for my pet.

I have to say the staffs in here are very nice and friendly. They always ask and chart with you like a friend. I always take my nephew here to see fish because how friendly are these guys.

This Petco is very big and has animals at this location compared to it's smaller cousin off Van Dorn. We go to this one for larger selections despite being 6+ miles further (for city driving that's far 😉).

It's usually well organized and the staff are super attentive and helpful. If they don't have what you're looking for in store, they help you with finding it online.

There's a very large selection of dog treats both healthy and non. Their selection of toys are pretty large, but we almost never see anything for big chewers.

Apart from that, we hope to see more options for highest level of chewers in both snacks and toys in the future.

They let me know that in order to get shots for your pet at the store you have to go on line to make an appointment

I have made a switch from other pet stores to this Petco in Annandale This is the best Petco store helpful staff, especially Jeremy the aquatic specialist he has so much knowledge and he’s very helpful, and the the staff is super friendly and helpful but definitely have Jeremy help you if you’re looking for anything that has to do with aquariums. You will love going there and just looking at the different aquariums They’re unlike anything I’ve seen in any other store.

My anxiety filled lab was put at ease for her nail trim, and my two foster dogs were treated wonderfully for their nail trim. Wonderful job!

Staff here is great. I've never had a bad experience and with five pets, I'm here frequently.

Will was very helpful, friendly, and personable with me. He made my experience so amazing. He helped me pick dog food that helps with Onyx’s dandruff issue, helped me sign up for dog behavior classes, and even walked me through getting my dog’s tag engrained. He surpassed my expectations and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a lot of fun being here and got everything I needed for my dog. Thank you Will and all the other employees on Saturday 11/9/19! Thank you for making my experience so great because I’ve had so many negative experiences before in other retail places and you guys made up for it! Everyone there is a gem and deserves recognition for their hard work and passion for animals. Thank you everyone for being patient and kind with me and my dog!

Chris is a wonderful experienced dog trainer! He answers all my questions with expert knowledge and is super friendly. My dog loves him! I’ve been taking dog training classes with him and he’s really great at his job! Thank you, Chris!

This place is clean. Always put together. Have happy employees who are always friendly and helpful. I need to give. A specific shout out to the grooming department who does a fantastic job with my 75 pound 6 month Rottweiler, no easy task! Brian and Modesto are the best!

At the cashier, there is this beautiful imagitarium. Asked about it, the sales person, he is very helpful in explaining this imagitarium, and I end up buying one.

Honestly, this is the best Petco I've visited thus far. You get personal, educated service with a smile. They remember your pets! And, their grooming staff rocks! Marie takes care of my dog and she is really great with him but, the other staff are awesome, too! Way to go Petco!

After having a bad experience with a different location, the Annandale location was able to take care of my pets needs and were very polite, professional and made us feel welcomed. Staff worked as a team to cut and buff my dogs nails, they took their time and made my pet feel loved. I definitely recommend this location.
