Walgreens Pharmacy

They have a good variety of products it's a good shop if you need something quick.

Convenient location! I’d rather use spring park pharmacy but good for the weekends, etc.

I just needed a prescription status. I was on hold for 45 minutes. Finally got a hold of a lady that answered with just "Hello" . I gave her our prescription information. She said hold on. And then I was on hold for another 15 minutes and then I believe she came back on transfer me to another number that kept on ringing over and over and over. Called in again somehow got transferred to a cashier. Lori was nice enough to transfer me to the store manager. Which then the number kept on ringing and ringing and ringing and finally hung up. This is also after going into the store 2 days ago to pick up the prescription for my child and the lady up front said it's "out of stock". No apology no offered Solutions. When asked what can I do she said it'll be in stock on Monday. It is now Tuesday. Save yourself some time do not go to Walgreens

Called and was on hold for over an hour. Was in the car on the way home, finally hung up and physically went in to talk to them and the pharmacy was closed due to being short staffed (a chronic problem for them pre and post covid it seems). Of course the clinic we got the prescription from was now closed. It’s a running joke in our house about how poorly run this store is and how it seems they purposely are never ready with a prescription so you hang around and buy other stuff. I keep hoping they will redeem themselves at some point but it’s been about 4 years in mound for us and each trip to this walgreens is just another disappointment.

7/26/23 Adding to my review as a new event occurred. I went to the pharmacy counter to purchase an OTC product that is kept behind the counter. There was no one in line and the individual working behind the counter looked up at me, mumbled something, and I stepped up and asked if I could get... and before I finished she cut me off and aggressively said "I SAID I WOULD BE RIGHT WITH YOU"... I'm not sure where Walgreens found this one... but give her back.... She clearly has no knowledge of the concept of customer service. I'm sure they deal with some irritating people regularly but taking a tone like that and snapping at a customer isn't going to help. The ladies that work in the front of the store/ general checkout are always great and helpful, but the pharmacy is still in rough shape.

Kicked me and my friend out while we were shopping. Janitor claimed "he had rights to remove us" we were trying to buy gum when he came up behind me yelling and grabbed my shirt

No help from employee if I ask something. I only work 1 day a week
