Metro Self Storage - Mound

I needed to store my kayak in a pinch and Metro Storage in Mound was able to deliver! From my first call to reviewing options in person and signing a rental agreement, my experiences with Jake and Ardis were great. They both took the time to explain options, answer questions, and ensure I understood the rental and requirements. Onsite Ardis literally walked me through spaces I asked about and even suggested one I didn't realize existed. Much appreciated as I ended up using the space she suggested. It was the end of the office day, but Ardis didn't rush me. She was very thorough, professional, positive, and easy to work with. She made the whole process worry free and easy. I recommend this location! Plus, they sell great locks for the units!

Excellent service and we had a very friendly attendant that helped us complete our rental of the storage locker.

Alexa is very helpful and has terrific customer relations skills. Facility is inviting and clean!

We are present renters and added an additional, larger space. Your temporary manager Ardis, filling in after Steve Freese’s retirement could not have been more friendly and professional. I would like to suggest you hire her for your permanent manager at this location. You could do no better than Ardis.

From start to finish I have had absolutely the greatest and most professional experience with Steve and Metro Self Storage in Mound Minnesota. Due to unforeseen circumstances I found myself in an immediate need for storage. Steve was great from start to finish… he helped me with all of the paperwork and gave me a tour of the site I would be leasing and I felt comfortable and well taken care of from the very first minute. I posted this review as five stars but if I could give it 100 stars, I certainly would. I recommend Metro self storage in Mound for their ease of use, their safety, and their professionalism!

Mike was awesome.. so easy to work with.. it was truly a pleasure…

It's fine but the drive up overhead door was malfunctioning for days and I had to bring my own bungee cord to hold the security door open in order to unload the boxes etc.

Just got a unit today. Alexa was friendly and kind and helped me pick the right unit for what I need.

Ardis is amazingly helpful and understood my storage needs. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Purchased my unit online without seeing any photos and I was pleasantly surprised by and extremely satisfied with the facility. Also Steve was a great help and awesome to work with

The service I received at Metro Self Storage in Mound was excellent. Not living in Minnesota, and having to help a family member with moving and storage could have been a stressful situation, but it was not. Steve gets 10 stars! He answered all of my questions over the phone before my trip and once I arrived in Mound he made the leasing process super easy. He took the stress out of finding a storage facility. I would 100 percent recommend Metro Self Storage.

Steve was extremely helpful going above and beyond reserving a unit. The facility is in great condition and very well kept. If you are in the Lake Minnetonka area and in need of storage, I highly recommend! This is the most courteous and helpful staff I have dealt with.
