The New Babylon Honda Service & Parts

My Honda accord with 35000 miles blew its transmission on the Long Islannd Expressway. I bought the car at Yonkers Honda so I was a little nervous about bringing it to Babylon since I didn’t buy the car there. Well I was wrong. The shop is spacious and immaculate. When I dropped the car off Vanessa was great. She was clear about the process and possible costs if the problem was not covered under the power train warranty. She gave me a loaner car so I could get to work that night. I was able to text her for updates on the car. She notified me the transmission would be covered under warranty. Within days she let me know the car was done. I highly recommend seeing Vanessa if you need to bring your car to this shop.

Angel was my Service Advisor. I brought my car in for a key programming. He found a problem with the headlights. Had parts the next day. He did not try to sell my any other services. Very happy.

Melanie who was my financial advisor did an amazing job! She was extremely professional and courteous. She answered all my questions in detail. Would recommend to use her for all your needs! She will go out of her way to help you out.

Melanie was my service advisor when I went to Babylon Honda for an annual inspection of my Honda Accord. It did not pass inspection because I needed a new tire, new windshield wipers because mine were torn and a new taillight. I am so grateful and appreciative at Melanie’s expediency to have all of these items replaced in time enough to allow me to take my car home the same day. I thank the mechanics who worked on my car as well as they did a phenomenal job! I am always happy with the quality of service that I receive at the New Babylon Honda but even more so with Melanie’s help, friendliness and attention to every detail. I highly recommend her.

I went to Babylon Honda for service on my 2007 Honda civic si and Melanie was my service advisor and she was the best! She was so nice and explained all the service I need perfectly. Definitely recommend going to melanie she will hook it up.

Abraham is the type of employee any company would be lucky to have on their staff. I was at my local service station putting air in the tires of my Accord, when Abraham spotted me and asked if I needed any assistance. He came over and helped me even though it was his day off. He was genuinely kind and caring. Babylon Honda Service is lucky to have him!
I needed assistance for a second time a couple of weeks after meeting Abraham. I had the pleasure of meeting Alex. I needed help with my handsfree device. Alex took the time to troubleshoot the problem for me. Like Abraham, extremely professional and kind. Both were willing to go the extra mile. Excellent customer service.

IDK why I see sooooooo many bad reviews for this service department. I have been here a few times and I have absolutely loved my experience here! They are very tentative and knowledgeable. All the staff are very friendly and I get nothing but great vibes here. If you really wanna talk bad about a service department, go to Huntington Honda and see how much worst they are. All in all I give The New Babylon Honda a 5 star ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐. I will continue to give them my business! The only thing I will say is that they should update there waiting area. But ither then that, they are great!

West Babylon Service Center always do an excellent job. Very friendly staff. This is the only place I trust with my car. They check everything including if any recalls which I am happy I had none prices are reasonable also

Came for routine oil change and got there 15 minutes past my scheduled time and noticed quite an impending wait however, due to my associate I was out of there in under an hour. Was very pleased and greatful for that.
