I went to the 14th St NW location for Glam makeup for a formal event. I was running late unexpectedly, but Monica took great care of me and was very attentive. She gave me a great look and I received lots of compliments on my makeup at the event!

Diamond S was fantastic! She helped me find everything I needed. Was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I will go back specifically to see her again in the future.

Went there today with like little knowledge about makeup so I asked for help for a color match and products that were price friendly. I was helped by Aya who was very welcoming and funny!! 🙈🙈

I went to the Sephora in 14th street in DC and the sales people there are wonderful. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The young man Xavier who assisted me was wonderful. He offered affordable alternatives for my skin routine which I appreciated. He wasn't just trying to make the sale he actually wanted me to get what I needed and be happy about my purchase

This store and the staff here are truly amazing. The manager Deb and her team were so kind and helpful while we tried to resolve an issue with an online order. Even though this store had not caused the issue, they still went above and beyond to try and help me. Thank you!!

MARI IS AMAZING! Marisol helped ease my anxiety about getting my make up done and when I tell you she listened to what I wanted…she understood the assignment. She was amazing and reassuring the entire time! She made sure I saw each step that was done and had the ability to make adjustments if I didn’t like something. I have been to plenty of Sephora’s in California and felt out of place so she made me feel right at home and sent me out to a GALA feeling confident and beautiful. MARI YOU THE ONE! Im sad I was just visiting bc I would love to do make up tutorials with you. Thank you so much. This whole store is a vibe and I loved this entire experience!

Huge THANK YOU to Mari, who took me at the last minute and a 60-min make-up session. Visiting from Oakland for a family wedding. Running behind coming from a church ceremony and getting ready for the evening reception from one end of town to another (gosh DC is big, yet beautiful). I felt extremely lucky to be paired with Mari. She transformed me and gave me a reason to look at the mirror longer. It was the BEST make-up session, with genuine and heartfelt conversation. Mari's passion flows easy, she knows what works just by looking at you and can already build with the canvas in front of her. Gives you the autonomy to guide her to make sure you are happy with what you're applying to meet your vision. I simply allow the artist to do what they do cause I depend highly on their expertise, with great trust. Cannot apply makeup to save my life. Mari, with an amazing heart, one of a kind spirit, one that makes you value and appreciate each moment you interact with others. Thank you Mari, for making me feel beautiful, and making my family and I feel welcome and at home throughout our visit at this location. I pray for you to go far and succeed to your heart's content. First time visiting this location and the ladies were super nice and welcoming and helped me check for items that were limited stock at that time. Very efficient service and helped me pick up couple things thank you

I learned that Sephora has mens products and products that help improve your skin. Have you looking like a model. Awesome I definitely recommend for women and men.

The store can get crowded given it's location. However, everyone is always eager to help

Makeup by Monae and Anthony. They were so friendly and did such a fantastic job. Felt very comfortable and got some new products added to my makeup bag. Had such a great time and we feel like rockstars.

Talia is awesome!!! I went in to do some make-up shopping, but didn’t even know where to start. She walked me through every product and how to apply. Loved her!!! ❤

It's my first time buying makeup...I usually only wear lipstick....Sam was amazing. He did a wonderful job with helping me find everything I needed. He matched the makeup to my complexion perfectly and had great customer service.

Lanae is THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!! She always helps me every time I go in. Give this girl a raise!!!!!! She always goes above and beyond in helping me find every product I need and has a very genuine demeanor that makes the makeup shopping experience fun rather than stressful. I cannot stress how good she is at customer service—very happy I met her my first time walking in🤗

It's always great to have a new Sephora in town :) I came here on opening day after the Khiels Event and signed up for a free facial.

There was a little bit of a delayed opening, so the owner gave everyone who showed up on time free canvas tote bags! The staff was very pleasant, and super helpful as well!
