I had a trade in phone get lost in transit between the Verizon store and their warehouse. The professionals here worked hard to help me track it down and get my trade in credit restored!

Kenyon Jones is an awesome Verizon associate! My husband’s phone was showing SOS and he could not send or receive calls. We went to the Southaven store and Kenyon got him fixed up quickly. Kenyon has great customer service skills and is a major asset for Verizon. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Aarion was amazing. She was so kind, nice, polite, and PATIENT. My phone wasn’t working for almost 2 weeks and she got me fixed quickly. Every Verizon needs an Aarion.

I was very impressed by Dee ! My husband and I went in expecting a long wait.Plus a couple hours to change multiple phone accounts over.DEE welcomed us at the door.Very PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS !We explained what we needed on our many many phone changes.He was able to address all our needs and we were finished in 10 minutes.I was amazed at how fast he was able to complete all of our needs.I highly recommend Mr.Dee ,hes an awesome young man !

I always dread going to any cellular store but it was such a pleasure having Chantil B. help us. She spent two hours getting our three ipads and four cell phones sorted out when we changed the users around. We found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful even though we didn't make any new purchases that day. I couldn't have asked for better sevice.

We went inside to upgrade and Steven opened the door for us and greeted us as we walked in. He asked us what we needed and then helped us with the new phone and accessories.

Since switching over the last decade from AT&T to Sprint to Verizon, I'm extremely pleased. So far I've been using Verizon for the last year for my personal and business endeavors and couldn't be happier. I have had a few issues out of my Motorola Droid 4 and walked into this store on Airways in Southaven, MS, to be greeted at the door every time and helped immediately. The people in this store are very nice to work with and down to earth, they seem to be enjoying their job and glad to help every time. They have handled everything properly and assisted me fully with each issue I've brought to their attention. I've been especially impressed by the customer service from both Ebony H. and Signora B. from two different times I've had to come into this store. My issues with AT&T in the past were great phone service with horrible phone or store customer service, and Sprint being horrible phone service with mediocre store customer service. With Verizon, the staff at this store specifically, and my great phone service, I'm enjoying having made the switch.

I stepped in the door and immediately was helped. They were fast, professional and got right on the job. My problem was resolved right away.

Old phone battery died. Talked to the associate and she helped me get a new phone on order, I was in and out in under 20 minutes.

Their store experience was great but calling their 800 number for customer service I waited literally 1 hour and 40 minutes
