It has been a minute since I ate at a McDonald's restaurant. The store was clean. The staff was professional dressed especially Ms Stephanie who brought my food. I had to take the time to say thank you for the pleasant experience.

I recently enjoyed a delicious meal from McDonald's, and I must say that their Big Mac was absolutely fantastic! The taste was spot on, and I was impressed by the flavorful combination of ingredients that made every bite a delight. The fries were also perfectly crispy and satisfying. McDonald's consistently delivers a classic and satisfying experience, and my Big Mac meal was no exception.

My Chuey had to have his McDouble with cheese! No condiments tho, just bun, meat. Cheese! The girls are always serving him with a smile, and calling him adorable! We get an extra for $1

Morning crew does a great job. Keeps the line moving and food is consistent. Ms JoAnn is an absolute pleasure to deal with in the morning! Best personality in the business! Always pleasant and friendly even on the dreaded Mondays. Does her job superbly!

I love this place. I ordered my favorite sandwich. There was a promotional, buy one get another item for $1.00. I saved money and received a delicious meal at the same time. 😋 happy 😁

The Southaven McDonalds always makes my food hot, fresh, and exactly as I ordered it. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Restaurant is clean and a good place to eat a meal.

Great customer service! Lobby was very clean, line was at a minimum of 3 customers as cashier was swift and precise with each order. Cashier was welcoming as well as the atmosphere was inviting. I was in and out with my order in exactly 5 minutes including the time of arrival into parking space and departure. Kitchen staff worked well with each along with the lobby cashier and drive thru cashier. I am giving this location 5 stars and highly recommend future and returning customers.

This McDonald's deserves all the praises. The two young African American ladies that worked both windows were phenomenal in their customer service skills. It was late afternoon and I asked if they had coffee and she stated "if we don't, we will brew some fresh coffee for you"...that was important and truly impressive to even offer. The young lady at the pickup window was also extremely friendly, the manager on duty needed to be thanked as well!! When I travel home, this will always be my Mickey D's of choice!!

I probably went through their drive thru 4-5 times yesterday, from breakfast to late lunch, the staff was very friendly and the service fast (depends when you go, this McD's is in a very busy area, and can get overwhelmed)

It's McDonald's it's nothing more or nothing less to expect. Along the food come out good and quick. I ordered the 4 for 4 deal, a great deal btw if you don't want to eat too much but a right amount to fulfill your hunger. Cool folks there, so I definitely would recommend visiting them. (I went around 10p.m so I don't know how the mornings are only the night crew). Y'all enjoy. 😊
