What an amazing experience! Working with Alyce and her team has been such a joy. My goal with our project was to give some input and then lay back and relax while The True House put in the hours, muscle, and hard work. I am so grateful that they delivered a first in class design experience! Every detail was covered as if I had done it myself. Alyce and Michelle are extraordinarily talented and kind individuals, and my family can’t wait to work with them again. The spaces they brought to life in our home feel like a dream come true!

Great store! A local couple owns it. Not overly expensive and they offer interior design services as well as home goods. Great business to support especially for believers!

We are beyond grateful we found Alyce and her team to design our kitchen. From the first consultation appointment till the installation of the final touches, they were amazing to work with. I could not be more thrilled that this shop is open! Every detail has thought and intention- there’s such an amazing variety of beautiful textiles, home accents and kitchen accessories! The perfect place to stop in for a hostess gift, home accents, or even just to bring friends to browse and be inspired! Every person working was so hospitable and friendly too. I can’t say enough good things. I came with my husband when they were just starting out. Their products are such good quality. I even wanted to cuddle up with their tea towels they were so soft. The ladies/owner are so wonderful. My husband even found things he liked. I will for sure be making this a regular stop every time I visit Coronado :)

Working with Alyce with The True House was a great experience! I worked with her on the design of 4 bathrooms and a laundry room. The most important outcome was that she was able to save me money by pointing out design choices that I was making that were expensive but not contributing to the overall design. She worked with me to reallocate budget to areas that would make the most impact. I ended up with a way better design at no extra cost. Alyce and Michelle were organized, efficient and fabulous to work with! I will definitely be working with them again in the near future.

I used Alyce for a living room design and she hit it out of the park! We did a custom sofa that has kept up with three little kids. It's so nice to have a space where we can entertain and love our space while being a busy household. She listened to everything we needed, was so kind, and always professional.

Alyce and her team at The True House are amazing at their craft. We remodeled the entire 1st floor which included the stairway, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and the kitchen. Though the remodel was stressful and overwhelming, Alyce guided us through the whole process with her beautiful design, patience, and great communication. Not only is she a great designer, she was our therapist to handle the ups and downs of remodeling journey! Michelle, the office manager, made sure we were up to date on the arrival of all the pieces involved in the remodel. The end result is even better than the 3D rendering. From the cabinetry to every small decorative pieces, the design is cohesive, balanced and beautiful. Our family, friends and guests have all commented on how warm, peaceful and functional our home is and I credit The True House for making our home so stunning and welcoming. Thank you Alyce and team! Alyce is a wonderful interior designer. She helped us remake our dream home, a 100-yr-old Spanish house that captured our hearts with its reminiscence but was really in need of a lot of repairs and rework. In her design she was conscious of respecting the house's history while modernizing the living spaces and the kitchen. The results are stunning - we loved things as big as the overall design (kitchen, dining room, living room...) and as small as a water pitcher in the kitchen she picked for us. Alyce is super responsive - we are busy professionals so are admittedly guilty of texting her outside of regular work hours - but no matter when you think of something, she is onto it.
And we can't write a review for The True House without mentioning Michelle, who is the lady behind the scenes keeping an eye on everything to make sure they go as smoothly as possible, which had been a real challenge given the crazy supply chain issues during the COVID pandemic. She is the one who keeps an eye out for us on what arrives when and what needs a replacement. Michelle is absolutely mission critical to us completing our project.
