Pizza Hut

We have been ordering Pizza Hut more and more frequently over the past few months. While continuing to earn points on their app, we continue to get a lot of food at some very reasonable prices. And the staff at this location has been awesome everytime with our big orders. We will continue to frequent here based on prices and customer service.

I love Wing Wednesday. But this order was placed on the mobile app for curbside pickup. I waited in my car for 7 minutes. No one came out with my order that was ready to pickup at the time I arrived. I went inside and saw 2 employees not wearing hairnets nor gloves preparing food in the back of the store. There was a lady behind the partition on her cell phone. 3 other employees also playing with their phones as well. I said hello once & received no response. I said it again a little bit louder, still eliciting no response from ANYONE. I waited a good minute and a half and yelled Hello!! The lady behind the partition (which I assume is the office or their break area). I'm not sure. She finally got another gentleman to come over to counter. Mind you I was literally less than 6 feet away from several employees and I was blatantly ignored. I hate to see how long it would've taken me to get curbside pickup!! Don't make the same mistake I did. Pleased 🙄🗣

I absolutely love Alissa.
She is such a hard worker , always making sure our pizza is hot and ready. What a great manager you have running the store. Clean , organized and such a friendly face when we come in. We will definitly be ordering again.

The employee (a young guy) had a very nice personality. The order was perfectly done. I was impressed. Not always the case.

I dont know whats happened here in the last year, but I bet 8/10 times I get Pizza Hut now - I now drive 25 min from Hamilton to this Trenton store. The quality, speed and consistency of my orders have improved DRAMATICALLY. Whoever is responsible for the turnaround....Thank you!

The lady working help me add to my order was very nice and helpful was extremely kind when i entered the store. Definitely would recommend pizza and bread sticks were amazing
