I had a great experience visiting this store. I was down the road at the competitors, before i came here. I was left to fend for myself, with no help to offer me. I was just looking to find certain paint color samples to take with me. Fustrated i left and headed to this store hoping for a better experience. To my surprise i was greeted immediately, with a friendly hello, and upbeat attitude by Andy. He was very helpful looked up all my colors with no hesitation. And provided me with extra knowledge about paint wall stickers, sample cost break down, without me even asking. He is a great example of how customer service should look like. I stopped in the store today on Haggerty and had a dilemma with a black color paint I was trying to use on my front door. Not only did they custom mix the color was perfect and only needed a quart which they had. It was perfect. I had just been at SW where they sold me on the shelf black which was not what I needed and only had a gallon. I only needed a small amount so was able to get from BM in a quart and returned the gallon to SW. Turned out great and am very happy with the people that work in this store. Thank you for your help.

Andy and North Cromwell will treat you right. I switched to Benjamin Moore paint last year, after using Sherwin for over 20. I wish I would've switched sooner!

Nice guy, great paint. I was disappointed that he was not wearing a mask even though the governor says we should right now. I wear mine to protect others. I guess I am not worth protecting?
