Awesome USPS store. Amazing customer service combined with a convenient location. Would be great if they expanded their hours.

The woman who works here is always super friendly. She accommodated me despite the store being closed too. It makes a difference when your staff is nice, especially during the holidays. Thank you!!

Post office is fine. No cell service in here so make sure you look up anything you need on your phone before you go in.

If your package needs a signature, don't expect them to knock at your door asking for your signature. They will keep leaving a slip and you are going to end up having to go there and pick it up. Literally defeats the purpose of shopping online and kills the trust I had in the people delivering to do their job properly.

I had send my mail to my friend to NJ from Wallingford , first I ask her about the mail after few days I send to her , she said she didn’t receive it . So after a week she went to post office to report lost mail , finally she got the envelope cover with plastic send by the post office saying the mail got damage . But the greeting card and 2 gifts card worth $60 are gone . I don’t believe it damaged .the envelope looks good . And I call Wallingford post office . They told me to file on line , it’s such trouble to file ! No one can help ! I will not send anything through USPS . Worker are not honest .
