Morgan was very helpful in fixing my computer. Price was very reasonable. Most of all, I had a couple of "computer for dummies questions" after the fact, and Morgan was very helpful and patient with my lack of computer knowledge. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Just had both my laptops fixed here and am SUPER impressed! The customer service was excellent and Hailey, the computer tech was so mindful about explaining everything she did and giving me the best service for the money. She even suggested I take my laptop back to Best Buy to have it sent off to have a new hard drive installed since it would be covered under warrenty, rather than just charging me for a new one. AND...she explained to me how to fix my cracked tablet screen with the correct tools rather than charge me for a service that was more expensive than what the tablet was worth! Intersafe is bot professional and thorough and they have earned my business permenantly!!!

Saved my life! I had all of my school files from Teaching 6 different subjects at 3 different schools. Had my whole career and life on an external hard drive. I was treated with very professional courtesy and they saved everything from the drive. Morgan treated me like gold and did a wonderful service it was well worth it.
