My fiancé and I love coming to this Gamestop location. Sometimes just to look around. Kalee is always super nice. And they are always stocked on all things Pokemon.

My son received a gift card for his birthday. My son bought what he thought was a battery optimizing pack for his Oculus. He really bought a headpiece extension....(Mom not paying attention)...The lady (manager) allowed for a refund even tho we left and my son opened the box...I'm so happy that she believed me when I advised her that the item wasn't compromised. I would suggest this place to others. 👍🏼 Big thanks to the manager 🙏 🙌 😎 🎮

Happy that I was able to get story of seasons on release day! The person who helped me was awesome!

Gave my son great customer service, I found a Marvel legends She-hulk that isn't too common 🙄 😑. All and all it was a good experience and we plan on returning soon as it is located not too far.

Joe is PHENOMENAL! So very helpful and very knowledgeable! The whole staff is great but he is my go-to guy for the upcoming releases and launch parties. Plus, he always gives me a call for games and figurines I may be interested in, based off my purchasing trend!

The nicest, most helpful, friendliest person I've ever come across helped me with my trade-ins and purchasing a new Xbox One X. I think her name is Tara. She was just awesome. I'll definitely be coming back to this location. Really friendly people here.

This past Friday I went to find a Funko Pop of Star Wars. Boss #458 to be exact. They didn't have it at this specific location but Andrea and Leea informed me that the Gamestop on 75th and Lower Buckeye did have it. I usually don't trust stores with their inventory system, but they directed me to the other location and I did get it there. I'm very thankful for the great customer service that I was provided by these two employees.

Nice staff. Husband always stays and talks to the guys ...Got an awesome Resident Evil shirt there...they have many "gift" items available, great place to shop for christmas for all you gamers, and gamer parents out there

Joe is fantastic lol. It seems like he knows something about all of the games and what we will like based on what we have bought or even just talked to him about. The store is a great environment to find deals and great games.

Came to GameStop in need of a GameCube Controller, left with a new controller in the box in less than a couple minutes! Two player mode restored, Wife activated!
