What a sweet bunch of ladies they have working here. I needed a cashiers check for buying a house, and Dawn waived my fee! It's only $8 but the gesture of kindness means everything. Holly also congratulated me. Very sweet gals here that know what they're doing.

The people at this branch have always been very helpful to me. No matter what I've needed, they always had a solution.

They remember who I am and take the time to listen to my requests and determine how they can help me.

I will say the ATM and drive through devices are a little low for me in my SUV and should be updated for more modern vehicles.

I was having issues getting my new credit card, it was 1+ months late. The banker here was very courteous and professional and had a "replacement" shipped with UPS in about 1 business day.

Great experience with a notary service today. Josh was very patient and thorough as he signed in 12 places for us and gave us his undivided attention and ample time. Everyone at the branch was friendly and helpful.

Have been using this bank for the past year. Each time we have been in they have been friendly and helpful, even during some complicated account changes. Most recently they assisted me with notarizing and properly mailing some documents, even though it isn't really in their job description. Much appreciated!

The crew at Chase in Rockford is phenomenal. Dawn and Jackie have been there for years. They are personable, fun and helpful. I've banked there for 20 years and they have always looked out for my best interest as their customer.

I love the staff, and they know me

I went in today expecting to be able to put cash into my son's account for his birthday. I've put cash in his account before..within 3 months..and before that. Never any amount over $200. He lives in a different state. Money laundering was the excuse for not letting me do it. I could see if I were trying to put $10,000 in it.. Seriously? I had drove 25 minutes to get there.. I don't carry checks with me. Checks are almost obsolete! What a waste of time! I have to say they have always been really nice in there but that policy supposedly in effect for a year is just stupid!

Too many regulations and it's hard to make large transactions without getting permission first. Transfers from bank accounts are limited to a few each month. The only great thing about Chase is; you'll find one in every state.

The people that work there are really pushy and would not come to a solution with me. I had all of the proof I needed and wouldn't help me cash a check! They wanted to go out to the atm with me and I respectably declined because I know how to use one cmon its 2020, and they were all just staring at me like I was a criminal. Definitely a lot of complaints about the new staff and small atm drive through

I needed to quickly add a DBA to a business account. I had all required paperwork. I was told I had a 45 minute wait and to come back later. The only other people being helped were a couple opening a checking account. Other than them, the branch was empty. On the plus side, the waiting area is right next to the door which is great during the winter.

I am very disappointed with Kyle's service. He wouldn't take cash for a mortgage payment!?! We want Dawn back... I hope she never retires. She is the only good thing about your bank.
