As a woodworker for 48 years,it is great to find a company making high quality cabinet components. I've had occasion to purchase drawer boxes/pull outs through the years, and the quality of their products and their customer service harkens back to a day , when a handshake was the promise ! I work for a cabinet making shop in New Freedom, PA. We order most of our specialty items from Keystone, including face frames, doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes and a myriad of specialty items. Their products are top quality- always nicer than expected, and their customer service is truly inspiring. They provide multiple ways to place orders, and treat each and every order as if it was your first.

My interactions with this company are always rewarding. I have never called and waited to speak to somebody. I am consistently greeted by a friendly receptionist (most of the time Robin) and then transferred to a sales agent assigned to my account (recently Melanie, Dawn and Chris.) Each of these individuals genuinely cares- they are thorough in their receiving and reviewing of orders, they are patient in each of our interactions, and go out of their way to ensure my company's happiness. Whether by phone or email, Keystone staff responds to orders, questions and needs immediately, and in a personal manner. This is rare in today's day and age.

Perhaps what amazes me most about Keystone- even more than their silky smooth finishes, high quality wood products and thorough shipping practices, is that when they make a mistake on an order, they fix is immediately. For example, we recently experienced a color mismatch. Keystone not only took time to listen- they actually sent a representative down to our shop! He (Dan) transported each and every item in question back up to Keystone to be refinished the correct color. Most remarkable is that Keystone is redelivering our products a day earlier than our original anticipated shipping date. This is amazing.
