The worst cell phone team ever
We waited in line for hours to get on a virtual list, so when they texted us, we can go back and wait in line for more hours.
People waited in line for hours just to learn if they have inventory to fill the order. Something that takes minutes, these idiots managed to take an hour for each customer to be put on the list.
Then they estimate to take 45’ per phone to activate. Like I said, the worst team ever. I used to be an authorized dealer for cell phone. If we took 45’ per phone, we couldn’t be in business... and that goes for these morons. They do not know that the time we wait here in line, the less money they make from us because we are not shopping... and if we do, we’d throw it back from being frustrated at the severe level of stupidity this entire team portraits.
Why they work at Target is really beyond me. They are not qualified to work at a tech department at all.
