I have used Premier International Transportation on numerous occasions when I have flown from the west coast to Dulles. Regardless of the time of day, without exception, every chauffeur has been professional, personable and on time for pickups and drop-offs. The communication between the company, driver and the client is exceptional. Cars are consistently in very nice and clean condition. Antoine was my first driver, and I feel very fortunate to have been taken care of by him initially. He is the reason that I have never chosen another car service. Sharif is another outstanding chauffeur I have had the pleasure of interacting with. I would highly recommend PIT for reliable and excellent service.

I hired the car and driver for the day. The service was impeccable!!! The driver was outstanding. He was very attentive. My mom was with me. He assisted her in and out of the car and with anything that was needed. I can't say enough about his helpfulness and friendliness. I was very impressed with the customer service when I booked our car, and our driver was great! It was exceptionally hectic because it was a gorgeous day in DC plus Cherry Blossom peak bloom. Although the traffic was a major issue, I felt very comfortable with our driver and he got us where we needed to be. Outstanding experience all around. My initial concerns about having help in the terminal were addressed, and I did not have to worry about handling all the bags for my move on my own. The driver, Amr, was courteous and helped immensely. They made my stressful day and move to DC easier. I am very happy to have found this company and will happily use them in the future.

Our trip from Washington DC to Philadelphia was truly amazing. Our driver Didia was INCREDIBLE. He arrived early with a super clean Mercedes Sprinter 14 passenger van. He navigated rush hour in DC and Baltimore with absolutely no trouble whatsoever. He was extremely accommodating and polite. We paid a fair price for the excellent service we received. Transportation with Premier was professional and reliable! My event was a funeral for my father, and we had nearly 70 passengers. Some were elderly and had difficulty walking, some were young with babies in strollers! The drivers were helpful, accommodating and very respectful! The funeral was at Arlington National Cemetery and the timing had to be precise. The drivers could not have done a better job. I looked at some transportation companies with a little cheaper rates, but I’m so glad I stayed with Premier. It was worth every penny. Antoine responded to every email promptly, and the drivers (Mustafa, and Cesar) were phone available to me during the entire event. If you have an event where you can’t afford to have anything go wrong. This is the company I would recommend!

This company and its drivers are responsive, polite, kind, punctual and extremely helpful. My flight was canceled and I was forced to take an earlier flight the next morning. I needed a driver 5 hours earlier than the original schedule. I called Antoine at the company at 10:30 at night and he quickly answered my call. In 20 minutes he had a new car and new driver for me. I was traveling alone and felt well taken care of. I would give these drivers 10 stars if I could!

Not only was the booking smooth, the contacts that I spoke with were very kind and helpful, had answers to my questions, and made the experience very pleasant. From the first encounter until the very last PTI was very easy to work with. I switched up even to the day before and they were flexible and accommodating. They arrived 15 minutes before my requested pick up time and patiently waited after letting me know they were outside. They driver was very professional and drove very safely. Our party thinned out earlier than expected and I asked if possible could they come a little earlier, unbeknownst to me they were already there. However we continued to celebrate with our guests and we came out at our original departure time. The driver was very friendly and got us all home safely. Please let this company service your car service needs you definitely won’t be disappointed.

First off, Premier was very gracious when I bungled the reservation. They still happily served us and were very polite about my losing their email. We were a party of three coming in from the west coast for a funeral and felt very well cared for by drivers Didier and Julien, who were warm, professional, very polite, punctual and communicated well. The car was brand new, immaculate and very comfortable. We had a great experience and highly recommend Premier International Transportation.

We planned a girl's trip to DC. I hired Premier International to pick us up from the airport. We knew we had 5 hours between landing and hotel check-in. Premier was so accommodating with our loose schedule. Our driver gave us an impromptu tour of the city and recommended some places for dinner. Fantastic car service experience! Just spent 5 days in DC and used premier transportation the entire trip. Had our 80-year old parents with us and our driver (Antoine) was very patient with loading/unloading wheelchairs and dropping us off at each location as close as possible. Totally recommend their service! We will be back again next year.

I was really anxious about making a funeral on time at Arlington and these gentlemen truly cared about my situation and they put my mind at ease. I used Premier International Transportation for transportation for a large group to a brewery and an Orioles game. From the moment I submitted my request for quote, I was impressed with their professionalism and promptness. I was able to get quotes for a few different options with different headcounts very quickly, which made it incredibly simple for me to compare options and select the one that was best for our group.
On the day of our event the driver showed up half an hour early, was friendly and courteous to our group, and was flexible with our itinerary. The 55-passenger coach bus was new and clean. Our group had a great time on our trip, due in no small part to Premier International Transportation's service.

The experience was great from start to finish. They took my reservation and even when I had questions after
reserving the car they were prompt in answering. My request was to pick up someone arriving from another country. The driver was there on time and waited patiently for the passenger to go thru Customs & Baggage Claim. I will definitely use them again
