I tried to submit a mobile order and arrived right at closing to the "sorry we're closed" automated msg at the drive thru but the staff quickly interrupted & told me "I got you, you're good" 😊 they even made a fresh batch of fries - AT CLOSING! that's unheard of! usually fast food restaurants will tell you they're out of them, the woman who waited on me also gave my dog a few chicken nuggets while we waited. They really did go above& beyond to make my very last minute, late nite order & experience a pleasant one - now THAT'S GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

First time, in Wendy's, around the corner.Decided to, go in and have breakfast! What a surprise! Food was great, breakfast sandwich and delicious home fries. Got a cold coffee drink! It was nice and clean, the person , who took our order was really nice! It only took us years
to finally, stop in. Glad we did, nice change!

This place is no joke. Even if it looks like a long line, it moves. You order and boom, you get your food. They get your stuff and don't mess around. They are very nice and if anything is incorrect they remedy it with no questions asked. Their food is very good with a big variety. This one in particular is in a great spot where you don't have to fight any traffic and it's right near a bunch of other stores if needed. Great lunch break location. The manager is cool too and right in the mix with the rest of the workers. They take personal accountability for your order, which is rare nowadays. Thumbs up for real.

Long line.....but the wait wasn't bad at all...much much faster than it was in the past

Fast, fast service. Clean, hospitable, and friendly. Good spot to go to for a quick bite. There are separators at the cashier. Tables are cleaned, throughout.

Last couple visits food has been a little cold
Fries should always be hot

What can I say, Wendy's baconator with fresh hot fries, a coke, and a chocolate frosty. Perfection

Enjoyed myself it's been a long time since I've been there.

It was very packed around the "lunchtime rush", however they quickly served out an order per minute. My total waiting time was about 5-7minutes w/at least 5 customers ahead of us in line. So to serve around 6 customers during a "RUSH" period,that shows excellent team work & exceptionally fresh fast food.. Cleanly atmosphere & newly updated also.

Staff are very nice and friendly and I had breakfast there very helpful to the handicap and brought my breakfast to the table for me since I cant carry it it is very clean and neat there even the bathroom is clean

Our food was fresh and super hot.

I used a coupon on the app and brought a double pretzel burger and a double bourbon burger. Split each in half and hubby and I got to taste both. Could not make up my mind which was better. So we decided to try it again. So good.

Also a great experience with great food

It’s fast food but consistent fast food. Always hot, always fresh, made correctly to order. I either get the pretzel bun burger or their chili & nuggets. Stop in, you won’t be disappointed!

The food was amazing and made fresh. The staff feel like family to me. Highly recommended!

The food is always fresh and there's rarely a long wait

I went there Monday the 16th for an early lunch (around 11:30) with my 3 grandchildren and the gal that took our order must have noticed me trying to keep them from wrecking the place. She told me I could sit down with them and she would bring our meals over. What a nice surprise. I wish I got her name. She was a young lady with short black hair. After eating the kids wanted frosties. I gave the oldest grandchild some money and she went to order them for her herself and her brothers. Again the same gal delivered them to our table. She made what started out to be a crazy lunch with 3 kids an enjoyable day out. thank you

This Wendy's in particular is AMAZEBALLS. The service the employees the food as well as the wait time is DEFINITELY on point. I live in Paulsboro and wrk in Swedesboro. This is the ONLY Wendy's I prefer. When im not wrk'n I go outta my way to get food from THIS franchise.That says it all 💯

We ordered 2 for $5.00 crispy, spicy chicken sandwiches. Excellent!!! Rolls were fresh, chicken was thick, tender and delicious. Thank you Wendys.

Couldn't fit truck under drive thru. We walked up to drive thru window got excellent service. Fantastic food.
