Unfortunately there is a 5 star limit on stars ✨ to give or I would have given them 10. First of all, they have never not once, not had the parts I needed for my car. Where their competitors never have them and they have to be ordered and it's a hot wait for them to be delivered. I walked in today with battery problems. I was helped right away even with the store full of customers already being helped as well. J.J went above and beyond to assist me with and to ensure that the problem was taken care of. I can not say thank you enough. I highly recommend taking your car care needs to them.

They went above and beyond for me I was stranded at the circle K about 2 miles up the road due to running out of hydraulic fluid and they were willing to allow me to buy some over the phone and deliver it to me absolutely outstanding customer service!!!

I came into the store with a dead battery that was still in warranty (from a different company). This is the closest store to my house so I came here. Glad I did! JJ, Reilly, and Vince informed me the wrong battery was put into my vehicle due to the start/stop system. They had the correct battery in stock and had me back on the road in minutes.

Very knowledgeable, understanding, and friendly. I highly recommend this location!

So, I went into the Barnhart location (store #6145). I spoke with Jake L. and he did a fantastic job helping me pick out two sets of windshield wipers. One for my wife's car and my truck. Wife was on the way so he rang them up and without me asking proceeded to put them on and when my wife pulled up he put hers on too! Had a great attitude while doing so in the rain also! Thank you Jake!

John was awesome and super friendly! My husband called John took care of him from the phone call to us walking in to get the right battery! Highly recommend this location. Definitely will bring my business back here !

Great store, some of the workers need to pay more attention to when that door rings, but the parts are by far the best I've used out of almost all the auto parts stores, and the warranties are awesome. The Barnhart Autozone specifically has by far the best workers I've seen, and by far the best GM! Tony rocks!

We had a great first experience at the auto zone in Barnhart. Crystal was very helpful from the second we walked in the door. She was knowledgeable and helped with putting on new wipers. After we left we realized there was more problems than just needing new wiper blades. So we came back and she helped us more! Thanks Crystal we will be back!!

I stopped in here on March 1st and John helped me find the right set of headlights for my 2007 Chevy Malibu, then replaced them for me! Excellent service! I strongly recommend this AutoZone due to my experience with the friendly and helpful staff! Thanks John!

These guys are awesome..... They deal with me on a monthly, so that's gotta say something.........and I'm not talking about the monthly "maintenance", either....... I had THAT "issue" removed in 2011.......it has since been replaced with a HELLZYEAH, that comes with a lifetime warranty.......

Update: y'all are the ONLY men I trust with, and even NEAR, my car. You have no idea what a big deal that is..... especially for me!!!! You have never let me down......... y'all are the only store, that I know of, where EVERY employee is extremely knowledgeable in their department 🥰

My Husband was at work and couldn’t get the part we needed for our car. He sent me to get it. I was basically clueless on which battery to get. The commercial manager really helped me find the right battery. Thank you, for taking the time and explaining what I need.

Donovan was very helpful and went out of his way getting a part for me that wasn't in stock at the Barnhart store, it saved me a lot of time and trouble.

Staff are always very helpful. Picking parts or reading codes, they are always my first stop for DIY vehicle maintenance

We had two brake lights out and had to take the assembly apart to replace them. Wanted to thank Greg for taking time in 30 degree weather to replace them for us. Very awesome staff and helpful!
