At Sunrise

Get the chicken wings, catfish and Cajun grits! OMG I loved it! Everything was seasoned to perfection! Patrick is the best waiter I’ve ever had. I’m looking forward to coming back!!! DELICIOUS!!!

Had a little lunch date with my 2.5yo daughter today and our visit was excellent! We live local but have never been. We will definitely be returning! Our food was cooked perfectly, even my daughter’s cheeseburger and fries were really good! Service was also good! All around just a great place to eat!

Another great breakfast with my wife At Sunrise Cafe. The food at this cafe is fantastic! It is so different from other cafes. The chef not only adds great flavor, but also gives the plate an appealing presentation! They serve fresh orange juice straight from the oranges ! That orange juice machine is my new favorite breakfast tool. We need one!

Went for the first time for my birthday today and it was wonderful! Our server Ashley was awesome! She was very sweet, personable, and on top of things! Patrick (host) was awesome too! They made me feel very special and so welcoming! The food was delicious! Got the Serenity classic 2-2-2 breakfast with pancakes! 😋

Finally had a chance to visit At Sunrise and our return will be soon! Atmosphere was great! Beautiful place and the yellow accents makes it impossible not to smile. The owner along with her friends and family are a fabulous addition as the service is top notch! You will feel like you’ve just sat down to eat with family even if you visit alone. 💛

What an adorable little restaurant! Loved everything about it from atmosphere to food to our excellent and cheerful server Ashley. A definite must experience! Plus the servings are generous and priced well.

Definitely worth the drive from St.Louis! Best grits that I’ve ever eaten. Omelette was creamy and delicious. Pancakes were fluffy. Food came out quick and hot. Server was very attentive 😊 Can’t wait to come back with friends!

We stopped in for brunch after an outing at Mastodon State Park. The waitress could not have been any nicer when my grandson had a meltdown while waiting for our food. I had the Kimmswick Caramel Apple French Toast and it was delicious. My daughter had a cheeseburger and said it was very good. The boys demolished their pancake and eggs but I think the sausage patty was a little too spicy for their 5 year old palates. My husband had ordered a breakfast sandwich and he said it was good.

I had an excellent time at Sunrise. We went to celebrate a family members birthday. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. There was live music and the food was amazing. I would recommend all to Sunrise because I am a satisfied customer.

The food was divine! They even put the wrong eggs on my slinger, so I had to wait longer to eat and once it came out, I wasn’t upset at all by the mess up because the food was incredible! Patrick, our server was wonderful! He was so kind, and he really recommended the best dishes. We will be going there all the time now!

I love breakfast food and brunch and At Sunrise did not disappoint. The owner is great! She is very welcoming and friendly. She made she my guest and I were satisfied. I had the crab cakes and the french toast. Both were delicious! My friend had the shrimp and grits. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back to try more.

We really enjoyed our breakfast here this morning! The staff is very warm and welcoming! I had the biscuits and gravy and couldn’t finish it! Wishing I would have ordered the orange juice since they had a machine that juices the oranges for everyone to see. The owner came out and greeted us and was very friendly! You won’t regret going! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful addition to the area!! Not a chain restaurant and family owned! The restaurant was clean, vibrant and all of the staff was smiling and friendly! The owner was busy bussing tables and delivering food, also stopped by to say hello and thanks for coming in. A very nice touch! Food was absolutely delicious and large portions! We had the fried green tomatoes (the sauce makes the dish!), caramel apple French toast (to die for!), strawberry shortcake waffles and the 2-2-2 breakfast platter…all SO good! The iced caramel latte was on the sweeter side but still great!! We will definitely be back and look forward to trying the lunch menu!! If you’re in the area and need a uplifting breakfast spot—look no further!!

Delicious food! Fresh squeezed orange juice and breakfast made from scratch, yummy! Anna was an amazing upbeat waitress. She made sure to check in on us and even brought me my strawberry syrup when I didn't think I needed it, lol. She put it on the side and I was very happy she did! Highly recommend this place!!

My favorite breakfast/brunch spot! I love spending Sunday mornings here because they have live music. The staff is always so friendly! The owner is fabulous and walks around checking on everyone frequently, including staff. My experiences here are consistently positive. Worth the drive if you aren't local! Highly recommend the crab cake Benny with a side of candied bacon.

We brought our friends Sat for brunch. Kannett served us and was so delightful, I brought my son today.
Ashley was awesome. I asked if it was the same cook from our visit on Sat bc it's so rare to get good food twice in a row. The breakfast tacos are Amazing.
I am a bit ashamed this little jewel has been here 2 years and we didn't know. Talk about finding diamonds. The food is scrumptious with fresh OJ. The adults had bloody Mary's. Very impressed. See you next Sat.

Went for brunch and had Chicken and Waffles. My spuse had Biscuits and Gravy. Staff was courteous and stopped by the table often to refill coffee. Thought it was a good bargain for the price. I will definitely go again

This second time my husband and I have eaten here, our daughter joined us today. Even though they have have been super busy both times, the service from our waiter was on point. The food is terrific and their biscuits are the bomb. I highly recommend At Sunrise if you are a breakfast or brunch lover.

First time here and very pleased. Banging Shrimp was Banging. The Snazzy Dollar Bacon was Snazzy, and the Caramel Apple French Toast was so good with Strawberrys 🍓. I can't wait to go back to try the Shrimp and Grits.
