I’ve lived in the area for a year now and always come here instead of the holiday, I always found the ladies working were super nice and kind everytime I came in, especially the owner :)

Employees are extremely rude, discriminating against customers using EBT just because they don’t “want” to. Yet, have the system in place to accept the form of payment. That’s illegal and will be reported to the state. Have fun running your business with complete incompetence.

Customer service is terrible!!! I hope you know it’s against a federal law to deny someone trying to pay with food stamps as well, that poor mother deserves a huge apology, as she’s been there before and has not been turned down for using EBT. I mean look at the owners replies to people anyway you can judge based off those as well. Disgusting.

Really disappointed in how disrespectful they were. As soon as I walked in the lady yells at us about the bathrooms being closed. She then proceeded to make snarky remarks about how we showed up when they were about to close. But when googled they were still open for another 20 minutes. Don’t be tricked by the old lady she’s a cranky old coot.

Lady was super rude. Stopped in to grab a redbull, and was immediately yelled at for how late I came in. It was 30 minutes before closing. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Lady is mean

I was buying a quick snack and asked the owner, who was running the register, if the donut was fresh as I've had donuts here that were well beyond peak freshness. She said it was fresh and that someone just picked them up earlier that day. I was skeptical, however made the transaction because she assured me the donuts were fresh. I wall out the store, still slightly skeptical, and decide to find out. It was dry, stale and hard! I immediately turned around and asked for my money back. She refused!! I was appalled!! She cited that when you go to a bakery and make a purchase you don't get to make returns. Well, at the bakery you don't have to make returns because they aren't peddling Cub Foods day(s) old donuts and calling them fresh!!! I never was refunded my $1.25 so I asked the woman if she has a garbage and if she'd dispose of it, and left.

Edit: her response says a thousand words. I was in town from saint paul for the mountain biking, but apparently I'm part of the competition. Like a professional business would slander another 🙄 don't shop here

Rude staff, dirty bathrooms and overpriced items. Owner is childish and has no customer service skills.

Here is a gas station owner not obligated by any crop. To be held to a higher standards she shops around for the cheapest fuel because she can Heard it with my own ears.

Don’t go here. Lady at register is sooo rude. Yelled at me when I asked to use the bathroom. Have been told by several others that they had bad experience with her too

States they accept ebt but was rudely declined when I tried to use it

Everything says that they should be open it is 7:10 a.m. and it is all closed up and locked.
