True, hole in the wall Texas BBQ! Been meaning to stop by here for awhile and was finally able to stop by!
This place truly blew me away! I had brisket turkey and sausage. And potato salad.

Starting with the brisket. This was cooked perfectly. Held together but melts in your mouth. Salty peppery perfection.

Turkey was moist, perfect amount of smoke.
Was surprised I liked the turkey as much as I did as I love peppery turkey!
Sausage is also juicy and flavorful with a snap!
Potato salad is great! Soft big chunks of potatoes. Great flavor.
If you get a chance you gotta stop by!

Great food and good service.
It's a small place with big flavors.
My son brought me here for lunch, and the pulled pork was really good.
He said that he's tried different menu items, and everything was delicious.
We'll be going back for more at least once a week.
I'm looking forward to trying the smoked brisket chili.

Best tasting BBQ I've ever had. The staff is so friendly and the owners are so nice too! Their food is never dry, its always juicy and tender. I wasn't a fan of the BBQ on its own at first, but it pairs so well with the meat that it's a must for me when I eat it! This is way better than Dickies and the price is very reasonable too! They were also very quick in getting our order to us. If you want some great BBQ, support local business and great price with great staff, then you have to stop by. You won't be disappointed

The best pull pork sandwich, and the stuff Jalapeños are to Die for. The cherry cobbler is delicious

Fresh and delicious! Brisket was very good. One of the best. Also, smoked turkey was good, too. Baked beans were ok. Coleslaw is very good! Overall, it was a great place with fresh and delicious food! Outdoor seating is available only.

Their brisket is amazing. I do no sauce (I do love the sweet sauce though) and it is so juicy and melts in your mouth. Also the Texas Twinkies here are 10/10! I’ve never had anything here I didn’t like! The cowboy elote is also one of my favorites. And if you’re thinking about dessert the banana pudding is the way to go!

Brisket and ribs were great, meaty and tender. Corn was good, beans and Mac cheese were ok. I wanted to get Hutchins but the line was 45 mins long. This place was 10 mins away so it was a great alternative. Def recommend giving giving Motherwells a try!

Food are warm, one of the best briskets that I’ve ever had, seasoned and very marble briskets with three types of sauces to choose from, original, spicy and and sweet. I got the original which is good, a bit kick and the sour balancing the marble briskets!!! Street corns 🌽 with cilantro creamy sauce is very original!!! Worth every penny to me🤓

I’m so glad I ran into this little food gem that seems to be unknown to Dallas and the suburbs. I’m also convinced the best part about taking road 380, in Collin County is this DELICIOUS hidden BBQ spot with the most UNIQUE menu!

C&M BBQ is consistently fantastic. As a matter of fact, I think it gets better every time I go. I don't know how, but I swear it does. The brisket is phenomenal. It's some of the best brisket I've ever had this far North of Austin. I have no idea what type of magic is going on inside their little building over there off of 380, but I'm telling you this brisket is unreal. I'm talking melt-in-your-mouth, smokey, juicy, succulent slices of meat every single time. Post Oak smoked the way it should be. They have a few shaded benches outside so you can eat there or take it to go. They have a nice selection of sides too, including some really nice cornbread and cobbler for desert. They also have all the classic sides; baked beans, coleslaw, potatoe salad... If your not into brisket (which doesn't make sense) they offer delicious ribs and pulled pork sandwiches that put other BBQ joints to shame. Seriously, if your in the mood for bbq and headed up 380, give them a try. If they aren't on your way, it's worth a special trip. This is the way all Texas BBQ should be.

This is my go to bbq spot for the Princeton/Mckinney area. The ribs fall right off the bone, the sides all have a unique great flavor, the desserts are familiar favorites, and maybe most importantly the sauce is delicious. From the turkey to the sausage to the brisket to the HUGE baked potatoes this place has never let me down. Staff is very nice as well which is always welcome these days!

Seen the sign for $5 pulled pork and decided to stop….. DELICIOUS. Best bbq I’ve had in a while. Got two peach cobblers but haven’t eaten them just yet

Great BBQ. A big sandwich. I had the sliced brisket. The BBQ sauce had a wonderful flavor. Highly recommend. If you're in the Princeton are, stop by. You'll be glad you did.

Definitely recommend this place If you’re looking for smoky juicy omg yum in your mouth bbq this is definitely the spot for it! Cooked low and slow and so delicious! Love the ribs, brisket, pulled pork and homemade sides (get the potato salad)! This place makes my little foodie heart so happy 😁 bonus! They’re also dog friendly, they came out and gave some treats to my pup while I was there

This is seriously SO delicious and tasty! I had never tasted a brisket this good!!! The smokey flavor is the best and it’s cooked the right way. The corn bread is 10/10!! :)

AMAZING, MOIST, MOUTH WATERING food EVERY time! Nice big portions, this place is a no fail barbecue shop, they are always GREAT! Their Turkey is my absolute favorite and now we get one for Thanksgiving every year. If you haven’t tried this place yet check it out!

The food here was absolutely fantastic! My kids loved it! The brisket was juicy ,the ribs were amazing and the sides were delicious! We actually just spent a ridiculous amount of money at Hutchins barbecue because everyone said it was a place to go but honestly feel this place was 100 times better and people were very kind! Will definitely be going back!

These guys are up there with the best BBQ around. We had the brisket, boudin, potato salad, cole slaw, beans and cornbread. Hands down the best all around sides offered at any establishment. The beans had just the right amount of spice with meat mixed in and the cornbread was moist and full of flavor.

Roadside Brunt end Brisket sandwiches, chili and Mac n cheese - omg! Over the top delishious! glad we took a chance and pulled over and gave it a try!!
