I'd like to thank Cindy for her hard work and dedication. I came in for a headlight change, she tried several solutions due to the light never being unscrewed. She did not give up and made sure she completed the service. I appreciate it!

I did the survey as well, but I just wanted to make sure I made another comment / thanks. The older gentleman that helped me with my Charger headlight bulb transaction ID 813042. I didn't except him to change it for me. He may of noticed my finger wrapped up, but I actually crushed it and I am very appreciative that he changed it for me. My only day off, life saver & I appreciate it very much.

I was coming home from a job late on 4/11/2024 and blew my heater core connection on my 2002 Chevy Silverado in the Princeton chipotle parking lot at 9:30. Called Orileys in town and didn’t have the part but could order. Then I called Autozone and I guy named Chris that worked there pick up, and proceeded to send pictures back and forth till we figured what part I needed, but my truck wasn’t moving. So he helped buy the small parts needed to get me up and going and I sent him the money. Then after he closed brought me the parts and helped me put them on, when he was clocked out and going home. We live in a day and age where customer service is a thing of the past. Well not this autozone it has a permanent customer from me always!

Helpful gentleman assisted me with teaching me how to open my vehicle key fob, unfortunately they didn't have the type of battery I needed in stock at the time. However I was taught how to take my fob apart for whenever I found the battery I needed! I highly recommend AutoZone over O'Reilly! Also AutoZone has the ability to keep your purchase history stored under your phone number, vs O'Reilly you HAVE to have the receipt (and their ink fads, so it does no good anyway). I love AutoZone!! 😉

I'll never go to another AutoZone again besides this one. I went to another and they ordered all the wrong parts for my car...Chris fixed all of it. I usually HATE going into places for car help. But, Chris knows how to take care of someone. Thank you, Chris.

Allen is one of the best workers in this store, very attentive and always helps me find what I need, thank you auto zone for hiring people like him.

I stopped in today to get a fuel pump I ordered from the hub and was greeted by Alan. He has some of the best customer service I’ve seen in years. Not only did he help me understand more about the product but gave me a few tips and tricks thag helped me to succeed in replacing the parts. I’m new to cars so he was a great educator and will definitely get me to return for your stores services.

A shout out for Cindy Smith. I was travelling from West Texas to East Texas when my battery died. She went above and beyond so I could get to my family over the Easter weekend.

I came in around 8:30pm on 08/02, desperate to find out the issue with my battery. MESA assisted me with testing my old battery for my Lexus IS. He tried with 2 different testers just to be certain. Sure enough, it was no bueno. Within 28 minutes from arrival, my old battery was replaced with a new one. I recently moved to Princeton 6 weeks ago. Mesa's professionalism and helpfulness made a stressful ordeal much more pleasant. Thank you!

Alan was very helpful. The store is clean, near, and orderly. Other two staff members on shift were polite and friendly, as was Alan. Easy location to access off of 380 in Princeton, TX, next to Jack in the Box and Dominoes., Ok the East side of town.

After being frustrated about a part that the warranty was not easy for some employees to find, the store manager helped locate it and made sure my battery was replaced and covered under warranty. She was kind and made sure I was taken care of.

I visited this location when they first opened up and it wasn't the best experience so I would go out of my way to go get parts elsewhere due to this. Then my husband and employees started buying more and more at this location and eventually I found myself coming back to make purchases for them.

Finding someone who is willing to go that extra mile to help you is hard nowadays. Cindy and her team have provided consistent amazing service for the past couple of years and I am so thankful for their patience with me because I may not be the most knowledgeable person on the auto department.

Recently, I stopped by to buy a new battery for my car. I urgently needed to replace it and Cindy offered to help me install it! All of my guys were working far from the area and they would not have been able to help. Because of Cindy's genuine kindness and extraordinary customer service I was able to continue my operations and then go home to my kids. She doesn't know it but she pretty much saved the day. I have always believed that a true leader leads by example and she definitely is on top of it!

Hands down the best parts store in Collin County. Alan,Chris,Steven,Gary and Cindy will make sure to take care of each customer’s needs with respect and will go above and beyond to help you find not only the right part but to find the right part in your budget. I can’t say enough good things about the whole crew. Thanks guys y’all are the best.

I went there today totally frustrated. They figured out what the issue with my car was thank goodness. The guy gave me some good options to get it taken care of. I went in my car to do some more research. I was probably sitting in my car for at least 15 mins. RIGHT before I was just going to start CRYING, here the same guy who was helping me before comes (I forgot his name. I think it was Sam. His wife drove the dodge I had) came with more options and I ended up getting everything I needed taken care of. It may have seemed minor to them, but it sure wasn't to me!!! I'm grateful. Thank you guys!

Cindy help me today replaced a battery, she was amazing, courteous, polite and extremely helpful. She also did a routine test for the alternator. I just want to say THANK YOU for your dedication and kindness.

Steven went over and beyond to make sure my air inflator got to me in time to air up my tire and take my kids to sports. He even offered to have someone else bring it to me. Seriously GREAT customer service

Went looking for a part for my car. The associate quickly gather information and had what I need in under a minute. The most efficient autozone I've ever been too!

They're friendly as customer service
But they lack communication between themselves making a hassle to get the orders processed.
