Very clean, WELL STOCKED, lots of sale prices and coupons. Staff at check out was extremely nice. Very impressive

My first visit. My wife and I went in to purchase a Wedding gift. Found what we wanted right away at a cery reasonable price. The Manager Joshua gave us a free box to wrap it in. Thanks for going above and beyond Joshua.

Only complaint here is that I spend too much of my money here. Employees are always helpful and abundant so no wait time. Store is always clean and well organized as well as well stocked.

Perfect place for artists or crafters! They have desks for artist that are amazing, canvases larger than a 10 year old, and even things to help decorate cakes. Amazing place with amazing products and amazing workers. 100% recommend

I walked in and was greeted by a smiling worker who was busily working. I asked her where the calligraphy pens were. She happily directed me towards the back of the store to isle 56 where I was able to select the proper pen quickly. Then as I went to check out there was no wait at the register, plus the cashier was so kind and actually ment it when she wished me a good day.
The employees were so nice and the shopping was easy. 10 outta 10 would recommend!

I went in yesterday and was in a rush and Cynthia and another lady went out of their way to be fast and efficient. I only needed small white paper bags and they were prompt and very friendly.

Four years ago, I had a picture framed and there was a small crease in the print when I got it. I brought it back to them to get something done about it. I subsequently moved a few weeks later to a new city and forgot about it. About 4 years later I remembered and called about it. They had sent the print to be destroyed. I was not happy. However Bruce, one of the managers contacted me, and offered to locate another print for me. We found a BOGO from somewhere selling the print, so he got both prints and framed them both for me. The new prints came out great! I was very impressed with this level of customer service,as it would have been easy to write me off, given the long time frame, but they didn't, they made it right, and because of that, I will continue to be a customer and bring my pictures for framing here. Thanks for your help Bruce and Tara!

This place is similar to Hobby Lobby or Fads & Frames. They are a full hobby-service store. They offer custom frames, have anything for sewing or cricut products, models of every shape and size, and lots of wedding items. These are just an example of what they offer at Michael's. They have many different sections for literally every hobby that a person can have that is not gasoline-powered. The only thing that I can recommend to Michael's is to offer more up-to-date hobby essentials and go more towards more technology based hobbies that can provide more up-to-date items for the public in todays hobby world. An example of items must include items such as remote operated gas-powered vehicles, all types of drones, and virtual reality gaming. I believe that these are just a few different hobbies in which they could be a better hobby store but there is so much more to mention. So if you are into old school hobbies, need literally anything for your school or college projects, have any type of d-i-y home project, you are a person wanting a custom picture frame, or you just need to kill some time and explore yourself a new hobby to satisfy you, this is the place to be. Overall I like them much more than other similar hobby stores.

My niece started getting into crafts about 4 years ago and I found Michaels. Thank goodness for this store. You can always find a coupon for. 50% off one item. When you are on a budget this rocks. Now that we are into slime making I go there more than ever. The employees are always helpful and nice. At Christmas time their craft kits are at a great price. I have and will keep coming back to this store.

Came in on a Friday and found the perfect Christmas tree. It was advertised at 50% off. When I went up to pay for it it rang up full price. Turns out the deal ended that Wednesday but an associate forgot to remove the tag. Without even asking the manager honored the discounted price and I couldn't have been happier. Fantastic service!

Quality items and great sales! Gorgeous fall items at 70% off now! Seems they have switched vendors because I have seen an improvement in the quality of their items as well as their floral arranging recently!

I shop Michaels for CRICUT! And let me say I love the selection they have. There is so much I am like a big ol kid in that store! If you cricut and your down in the dumps....GO TO MICHAELS!!

Never been to a Michaels before but I was told it was like Hobby Lobby. So I decided to give it a try. It was pretty much just like hobby lobby. I got a really nice frame to put a diploma in. The prices are a bit high but not too bad.

This store is exceptional. From Home Decor, Scrapbooks, holiday decorations to artistry and supplies. It has a huge variety for all of your needs.

This is my favorite store. I am a crafter and I used to be obsessed with hobby lobby until I found Joann's . Now after shopping in Micheal's I know I was missing out. This place has everything you can think of to craft! Many floral choices, canvases, frames, paint, yarn, and wood. The list goes on!

Great purchases. Very good quality. The price are steep for some purchases. But the candles are so smell good
