Staff is extremely helpful, and aisles are very neat and easy to maneuver through. I was able to find what I was looking for very quickly.

I don’t care what I go here for, nots bolts, brooms, whatever, they always have it and help with a smile.

Very helpful staff always as soon as you get inside, what can we help you with. Price's I found in some cases cheaper then the big box stores. But the one on one is well worth if it did cost a bit more plus we suppprt local businesses. We just closed on our new home in Midland Michigan but the last few weeks daily visits to Gill-Roys for lots of repair and replace items we needed. Highly recommended

Every time I go into Gill-Roy’s Hardware Store, they have the obscure little things I need for a project. Everyone there is always very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Wow, the people here are amazing! I came in needing a specific plumbing adapter, and the very knowledgeable employee went around to find all the components that I'd need, and verified that they'd work for my specific case by fitting them all together with some other plumbing parts that represented my existing system. He didn't just point me toward an isle number, he showed me exactly how everything would fit together and made sure I had exactly what I'd need. Impressive!

Friendly staff with a huge store with just about everything. If you have an issue they have a solution.

Had the best help getting a plumbing project done(replacing 40 yr old stuff in sink). I brought in pictures and parts and they went with me to get what I needed. Worked perfectly(well one visit back - remember it is a plumbing project *grin*)

This is the best place in town for hard-to-find nuts, bolts, washers, furniture and lamp fittings. And...you can buy just what you need. Don't have to get a bubble pack of a dozen when you only need two.

Old fashion hardware store, if they don't have it, you don't need it! Seriously, you can't get screws, nuts and bolts by the piece at big box stores, nor nails by weight. You can get all that and more, plus there's free popcorn to munch on while you are looking around. Open on Sunday too.

The staff was extremely helpful and well knowledged not just on item location but what places I could go to for other items. To me it says a lot when a store does that because it says we value you not your money.
