We seen Dr. Waggoner and her assistant and they both were absolutely amazing. They explained everything in great detail and were extremely thorough with the exam and they made us feel comfortable and laugh and they have some of the most advanced equipment we’ve ever seen at an eye dr office. Really really extremely wonderful and I will never go anywhere but there ever again.

I just had the most awesome eye exam and glasses service I have ever had in my experiences with vision care. The appt was fast and on time. The technician was thorough and explained every test and why they did it. Dr. Ashley was amazing in doing the exam and hearing my concerns. She took the time to answer my questions and noticed things that no one else noticed. She immediately got me in for the exam for the cataracts with the next available appt.
Brent was a great help in picking out frames and hat I needed and didn’t need. He also was able to help me get two pair of glasses for the coat I had come with to pay today. I so appreciated that.

They do not pressure you to buy anything or make you feel you have to do it. They do offer the extras and help keep you in the price range of your budget.

The staff here is great. Turn around time on glasses is great. I’ll never take my kids anywhere else.

By far the best optometrist office my spouse and I have been to! We moved away from Berea and still make the drive. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The practice utilizes technology to enhance the diagnosis experience. Dr Skidmore is incredible and takes the time to talk about what you're experiencing and explain the what/how/and why of it all. I can't say enough nice things about them!

Dr. Sara King is very knowledgeable, professional, personable, funny and kind. The entire staff is very helpful and kind. I don’t think I would go anywhere else. Also, they have the most up to date testing machines I have ever seen.

Dr king and his staff goes out of there way to make you feel like you are part of the family. They make you fill like you are at home. They tell you no lies about what's going on with your eye sight.

I have always went hear and yesterday was my last. I called last week to get my kids an appointment. They made it keep in mind my kids are 12&13 but I explained to them I wanted my kids in the same room they didn't they split them up that was the first to go wrong then when they was taking pic of my daughter eyes they asked if I wanted the pic to see bleeding behind my eye I said NO they wate till I leave with my son and do it anyway. That was the second thing, when they was saying copays I explained to them what my primary insurance does pay the second will they said no we don't do that all we are allowed is "primary" ok by this time I am beyond unhappy. Then we picked out are frames they never told us which frames was covered with out having to pay over there was no price on frames nothing we found out after they was gonna get a set to go so my daughter had to pick out another we was allowed 250.00 on frames and anything after that we got a 20%discount even with that if my daughter got the one she wanted it was like 85.00 the frames she wanted was gonna be like 375.00 with out insurance and all. That was the last straw I will NOT be going back ****Update upon speaking with the office manager and expressing my concern and she was going to address the issue and she fixed the problem we had and she was very nice we will be back to try them again in the future

My mother was a patient of Dr. King's some 20 years ago and I would take her to him every couple of years the staff was professional and always seemed like they were genuinely happy to be there. Anyway my mom passed away and I had not visited the center in probably seven or eight years, when it became time for me to look up a optometrist the first place I looked at was Dr. King's, to my surprise he was up to date with the latest technologies and offered a very informative online page. I made a online appointment and to my surprise not 10 or 15 minutes later a employee called me to discuss my appointment telling me that they had been booked during the times I would've liked to have scheduled. We made a different schedule and I thanked her for her time and that was that. About two or three days later I received a email from the office telling me there was a time open and if I would like to reschedule to give them a call, unfortunately was pretty early in the morning when I received the email and I didn't get it until later but I was impressed by the services that they offered. Anyway upon my arrival at the doctors office I filled out all the necessary forms and not five minutes after sitting back down they called me into the back checked out my eyes and the whole process took less than 45 minutes. After that several employees helped me pick out pick out my new glasses and and honestly seemed concerned what look better or not on me. I left the office feeling confident that everything had been done to ensure my visual experience was a positive one and I think I honestly looked a lot more attractive in my new glasses! PS I posted this three years ago and they have since moved to a new office which is very very nice and quite larger than the original building. And the staff is just as friendly as ever and I received my new glasses in a timely manner and everyone was just as helpful as ever and and I will continue to go to Dr. Kings for all of my eyeglass needs!

I absolutely love King’s Eye Care! Everyone at this office goes above and beyond their job to make sure that I am taken care of. They always are so friendly and answer any questions I may have, especially Alina at the front desk! Dr Sara is the bomb!

I've been going to Dr. King for 20 years and the quality keeps getting better. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The new location has improved the experience even more.

In my most recent visit I had some new lenses put into an old frame. That frame broke during adjustment. Kelli was amazing at getting a new frame at a very reasonable cost and getting my lenses to fit perfectly. The level of care you get here is unsurpassed. Other doctors should take notes from this office on how to treat people.

Absolutely love the new office / location - A massive improvement in facilities and parking. Staff were all extremely helpful, doc was awesome. Picking out and fitting glasses was also done rather quickly. Won’t be going back to the chain vision center, as King’s service absolutely blows them away.

I came in as it was snowing and they were ready to close, I was treated as if it were a nice summer day. No one tried to hurry me out the door so they could get home. My glasses came out so wonderful! A week later I noticed I was touching my glasses every 20 or 30 minutes. I called and they were the best ever! Glasses adjusted and everyone was as nice and friendly! This is worth the drive no matter how far it is. I will always recommend

I saw Dr. Gary King today for the first time. My whole experience was the best I have ever had in the history of my 40 years of wearing glasses. I loved Dr. King. He was very friendly and made me feel like we were oldfriends. I definitely recommend King's Eye care! I would give more than a 5 star review if that was an option.
